Will be coming back My mother and I went to get fitted and our fitters really tailored to our needs. I ended up with a whole new set of bras that fit wonderfully. (Thanks Olivia!) The best part was not feeling rushed or judged at all, and feeling listened to when asking about how bras fit. Olivia was able to help me determine if that was just the style of the bra or if it was a sizing issue. Turns out the Jhook (which brings the straps together in the back) works wonderfully for me, and was an option on a few of the bras. I was very impressed with the amount of options available since I wear a larger size (GG). Though the colors I wanted were not at this store, they were able to call another location and get the bras shipped to my house. One arrived in just a few days (it was at another store) and the other is still in transit (it had to be ordered from the supplier). I was so happy to discover that yes they fit exactly like the one I tried on and feel great. I actually look forward to getting a new bra when I need one, instead of putting it off for years. I even got verbal and written instructions for the proper way to wash my new bras and they had soap available in the store as well. I do wish there were a few more options for sports bras, but otherwise it was awesome.

Luckily my mom was returning to the area within 14 days if anything didn't feel good. I got home and wore the first bra for 2 hours. It dug into me and hurt terribly. Same thing with two more of the bras. I didn't even wear the fourth bra and knew we would be returning them. I spoke with someone about returning them and she said as long as I had the tags they would be good to return since I hardly wore them and didn't wear the one. My mom brought them in.......they took back one of the bras I wore and claimed damaged wiring on the other 3......including the one I never wore!!! They claimed I was flipping my bras up which I let Bella know in my fitting I do not do. Absolutely ridiculous and argued with me about wearing the one over the phone. Tags on and all, NEVER WORE IT. They are now sending me a return label to re-examine it and let me know......
