Now it's just below my shoulders. I told them I was getting married this year. And they ruined my hair. I won't be going back. Plus, I went at 9 a.m. on a Saturday. I left at 12 p.m. and didn't see any customers coming in. They definitely don't have any customers for a reason. Because if you go, they'll cut your hair the way they want it, not the way you want it.

He takes many customers at a time. He had like 4 customers. He kept asking customers to move chairs to make space for others. No personal service at all. My appointment was at 12:30pm and he didn't sit me on the hair until 1pm. My mom asked for a root retouch up for a light brown color and he put a red/orange color on her roots. He moved her chairs 4 times and when she was at the washing station, he left her there for a hour while he was blow drying other customers hair. He didn't put any conditioner or heat protector when drying my mom's hair. He quickly dried her hair to rush to wash other customer's hair. He didn't even show my mom the final look. She had to ask for a mirror. When she mentioned the color was not brown he just said well your blonde. My mom has dark brown hair in roots! She is not blonde. She left the salon with orange stains on her forehead and ears. Overall, terrible service! I will never go back!!
