I wasnt asked what i wanted, just sat there with nail colors and they told me to "pick." Once i told them what color i wanted he began right away. Very quick and the shape was good. However there was still no communication. Ive only had my nails done 2 other times before this and usually they ask what id like... when i saw him go for the colors i finally interjected with a picture of french tips. Whote french tips (almost similar to the color i picked) and he just told me "you cant do that" i asked why he said "you already pick this color for full base" I got short almond nails (which i ended up no liking on myself) i did like the color so I just sat there. My nails finished and I was charged $60 lol. From now on im sticking to Etsy where i can get any length and size or anything for that price or less. Very unprofessional imo also my nails came out very flaky and fragile so thanks!

As I waited the male technician doing a pedicure on the customer next to was definitely mad about something. Although he wasn't speaking English his tone of voice and body gestures and getting up and pacing gave him away. The poor lady he was working on kept looking at me with her mouth open not knowing what to say. I asked her what the problem was and she said she didn't know but he was doing this for awhile. The Other technicians said nothing to him but just laughed . Then a new person came in they sat her Down next to me and started with her right away . This is no way to run a business. I told the poor lady next to me good luck got up and walked out wet cold feet and all. Never will I return to this establishment....

I had to bring my 1-year-old daughter because my babysitter had to cancel and I needed this haircut. Brooke is also a mom and was super understanding and patient! Not only did I get an amazing haircut, but she was pleasant and didn't make me feel bad for bringing my baby. When I had to take a second to nurse, she just continued working on the other side.
