1) They do not offer mimosa as they advertise on the window. 2) I had an appointment at 1030 I had to wait about ten minutes because they were full. There was no sanitation to the table and equipment after the person who was in front of me was finished. 3) The nail tech made me bleed, not just once but on three nails. I had my nails done in the morning and it is still hurting two days later. 4) When I was bleeding the nail tech didn't wipe it up or anything he continued to do my nails as if nothing happened aside from turning down the speed of the nail buffer. 5) The only way he "cleaned" my nails was brushing my nails (without wiping the blood off) with a big brush. 6) When he was finished, he said OK I am done and he told the next person to sit down. No sanitation, I did not see any Barbicide nor did he tell me to wash my hands. He didn't wash his hands either. 7) So here I am paying with buffed nail material all over my hands. He charged me $63.00, which I believe included his tip. I just gave him $70 and walked out of the door with my hands feeling grimy. I went in my car and cleaned my hands with wipes and hand sanitizer. 8) The only reason I am giving them two stars is because my nails look nice. I do not recommend going back there unless you have a place where you can wash your hands and maybe go to another nail tech. They have talent but sanitation and gentleness with nails do hold high expectations. read more

Tried this spot for the first time since it's closer to me than my usual spot & didn't feel like driving across town.went in for a pedi & very soon realized they put me with a beginner .she was barley taking any cuticle off cut my toenails crooked I obviously complained then another lady took over . she started painting my toes a completely different color then what I asked for & I had to complain again.Therefore they had someone else take over she was doing a decent job till she wasn't. she then started all over on my nails I was there for at least 2 hours ! I've noticed the workers are rude, and spend most of their time bashing the customers instead of servicing their requests. Went to get my nails done and I'm extremely dissatisfied in the service. I asked for a fill and when I walked in the person at the front nail desk was asleep and no one greeted me u til he woke up and urgently told me to sit down. There was little to no talking involved and he asked me if I wanted them shorter and I said "a little bit" and without even asking me, cut more than half of the nail off. He then asked me if I know what color I wanted and I said "no" because they did not give me any books or colors to look at which I had told him he had not showed me any colors. He then hands me 1 book out of the multiple stacks and hands it to me and tells me to choose making me feel like I had no time. I asked if there was any more colors because the colors he showed me was not what I was looking for and he said "no". I then pointed out to the other books and he rolled his eyes and got me a book and then a ring of colors (which still were not all the option) which led to me having to pick a color that I settled with because he wouldn't show me other colors. The entire appointment he didn't talk and he was coughing and hacking in my face the whole time. He did have a mask on but did not turn away so the entire appointment was loud sounds, a rude nail tech, and a manicure I'm left unhappy with... safe to say I'll just stick with Kim's nails read more

At first I was happy with the service here especially the receptionist he is great however I had my nails done and two days later a nail chipped not a problem until I went back to get it fixed there was a worker who is pregnant she was super rude I waited over 30 min to be helped and then once called to fix my nail she was rough with me and on her phone as if I was inconveniencing her. Would totally recommend this shop. The staff is welcoming and are willing to accommodate walk ins. I had a volcano pedicure and it was totally worth it. My feet have never felt so nice. Needed a pedicure for a good 2 weeks already. I've been meaning to try this new spot since I seen the great work they did on someones manicure. Side note- Did you know they offer mimosas? As soon as we walked in they offered water and other beverages. Very much appreciated in this hot weather. They got us sitting right away and had about 10 employees for all of the pedicures chairs. I didn't have time for the manicure but I'll be sure to head back when I'm ready. The pedicure was gentle and the massage was nice too. This salon is clean and busy and they did a good job on my acrylics. Unfortunately, I'm angry and very disappointed and will never set foot in this place again! Here's why. I decided to have them remove my acrylics and specifically told them what time I had to be at work. She did not soak my nails and proceeded to remove them with an acrylic nail. It hurt SO BADLY that Tears started rolling down my face. After crying from so much pain, she walked away & and two others proceeded ripping them off. I can't even begin to tell you how frustrating, awful & maddening this experience was. Nothing was done to rectify the situation, not even an apology. Obviously they're 20 bucks was more important to them than caring about their customer. I have to be very upset to write a review. The nails have lasted well And my nails came out cute both times. They still arent having spots saved when you make an "appt" but they are a great option for walk-ins. And DONT LET THEM RIP OFF UR NAILS. They are still doing it, I've seen it done both times I've gone back. You could tell everybody was milking the clock to begin with because people were just standing around until 5pm came. Pricing is very confusing, and I received two cuts one, I have to bandage my new Pedi. I requested a gel pedicure and was told I had a specific type of gel on my feet. I knew that was incorrect, but after debating the issue, I added acrylic. I was informed the service was extra, which is fine, and then to selected a Pedi package which was also extra; if you add callus remover, yup, you guessed it, that is also extra, and because I wanted French ( white line), that too was extra. The total came to $88, which was the most I have ever paid for a Pedi, and I have received many pedicures with designs, stones, and French styles. The service was mediocre and not comfortable. The tech seemed irritated, and it was apparent she was discussing my feet with her coworkers throughout the whole process. I could not understand what she was saying, but her body language was evident. Perhaps she was resentful that I provided instructions on how I wanted my results. As a paying customer, I don't feel that was illogical since I knew what I wanted. I have no issues paying for good services, and I am continuously a generous tipper, but this service fell short. Long story short, she cut me with the drill not once but twice, with no apology. Later she sprayed me with alcohol which made the whole process uneasy and painful each time she touched the cuts or filed/buffed. I asked the tech not to do French (white line) since the color was nice on its own. Nonetheless, I was still charged for the French (white line), although I did not get it. I was hoping this new location would work due to proximity, but I will stay with my regular spot even if I have to travel to Visalia. As a customer and business owner, my recommendation to the new owners is to listen to the customer. They usually know what they want and don't get upset with specific reasonable instructions. Don't make customers uncomfortable by holding an ongoing discussion that is not comprehended when it's obvious it's about the customer. I, too, am multilingual. This practice is not professional. If a customer requests a treatment modification well in advance, adjust the price accordingly. Lastly, when an "accident" occurs, such as cutting a customer, apologize and try to make the service as comfortable as possible, not painful and harsh. read more
