As always the girls take great care of us......they fit us in for pedicure when ever we call.... Plus they do the best job....They don't mess around either- they get you in and get you out.... I drive from Redlands because these girls make sure I don't have any issues.... I had a toenail that was bruised..... I didn't know the nail was lifting.... but Tracy let me know and is fixing the issues.... Other shops might not tell you and then the water under the mail can cause infection...... I have been here a few times recently and received gel dipped nails with Kim. I have requested for her to be careful with her nail file a couple of times. I wear my nails shorter, and her file has cut me underneath my nail twice now. Also, never a hand massage either. I give facials for work and the cut under my nail stings. I dropped in today for a manicure and was pleasantly surprised to get in after a short wait. I asked for a nail trim and was treated to the best nail salon experience I have had in quite some time. I recommend this nail salon because every customer was in a happy relaxed environment. The piano music playing over the sound system was very relaxing. Also my nails are so shiny I need to wear sun glasses to look at them in the sun or be blinded from the glare. The price was right and people need to know about this place. Mary, Tracy and Kim own this immaculate little salon in Pam Desert and have been business partners for decades in the Coachella Desert. They have had the same clientele and worked with generations of families because their heart and soul is in it. My sister and I waited a few days to get in when we made our appointments, wondering why it took a few days. fast forward it is because they have built up a lovely business and reputation because if the beautiful work they do and the attention to detail and the kindness they give to their clients. They are fully booked in the season, you can walk in in the summer, usually. I have never felt so wonderful sitting in a massage chair getting a pedicure. I laughed at their stories. I agreed with their recommendations, I let them out the settings on the massage chair. The massage chair was awesome by the way. When I woke up this morning, and looked at my toes and fingers, I smiled because they look so pretty. I am so happy I have met these three wonderful ladies that have such pride and integrity. First of all she was very rude not friendly at all she could've said oh I'm sorry were busy right now but maybe you can make an appointment for a later time, it was just her rudeness she didn't really look at me. Probably the best manicure and pedicure I ever had from a traditional nail salon. Titi and her staff are amazing! They are super friendly, competent, and take pride in their work. As a man, I've countless manicures and pedicures, but never seen my nails look so good and my heals feel so soft. The place only has 5 pedicure chairs and 2 manicure tables so I recommend making an appointment. They are terrific and I have always been very happy with my manicures, pedicures and other services. Every month or so Kim even trims and shapes my eyebrows. HORRIBLE! I came here after reading rave reviews. I had a pedi and a fill done. One girl did my pedi and she did a great job. Kim however was a nightmare! She started off nice and like she knew what she was doing. She kept saying how someone else had ruined my nails. She did a fill. NOTHING MORE! She made a mess out of my nails! It was passed closing time and she was in a hurry. Well, it shows! She got more aggressive with the filing. And she never offered to do my design like I asked her to. Even worse, I pointed out that the acrylic was misshapen on my ring finger. The acrylic had run and pooled and she missed it! Im a cosmetologist so I know it when I see it. She refused to acknowledge it and GOT VERY IRRITATED at me for pointing it out. She then asked one of the other girls to look at it. The other girl saw it and told her to fix it and she SAID NO! WE'RE DONE! ARE YOU SERIOUS RIGHT NOW? I would NEVER treat a client like that. Oh my God! The other girl told her to file it down a little. So she did a half ass job and didnt even fix the polish. Then she charged me $40 for the crappy job she did, saying she had to fix someones work! She left some nasty oil on my hands and when I asked her if I could wash my hands she said "Go! You can do whatever you want!" WOW! Unvelievable!!!! I WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK THERE. She needs to retire! Beware! read more

Their time says they close at 7PM, I get there exactly at 6PM and tell me to come back "tomorrow" I asked if they closed at 6:00pm and they said, "no, at 6:30" not a way to welcome a new guest! They could have apologized or inform me they're short on staff, which they only had three clients, and to only say "come back tomorrow" definitely come back NEVER!
