I went in for a pedicure - pamphlet on the chair, they immediately removed it and never asked which type of pedicure I wanted. My nail polish looks like a 2 year old painted them, I barely got a nail trim, massage horrible and he applied only lotion. I would never go back to this place! Absolutely the work service EVER!! I got my nails done here before I went on a three week trip to Europe. I wanted something that would last the entire trip so I did acrylics w/ gel. I went with a nude gel (I think by Essie..? I can't remember but it was the perfect pink nude!) alternated with marble on white. I was obsessed! And it lasted me the entire trip and then some. Service was nice. I actually f'ed up one of my nails while drying it and they fixed it for me with no attitude. So just let them know if you run into any issues. The place was pretty clean, I think they had pretty new massage chairs when I came in a couple months ago. Price was average. Would recommend if you are in the area. read more

Read a lot of bad reviews and honestly you get what you put out. If you are coming in there with an attitude, then expect that same energy back. This place is always so accommodating, nice hard working people and trust me they know their customers and pay attention to their likes. Tina is always so gentle with her hands cause she knows, I am super sensitive esp. When it comes to sharp tools near my toe nails .. Don and Donna are also wonderful. I just came home after a mani/pedi. It was my third time trying this place and going to Tina. However, during the pedicure, while she was removing calluses, she went too far, in an area where I didn't have a callus and took off the skin at the bottom of my foot. The man doing my pedicure seated me and told me he'd be right back after his lunch! 15 minutes later he returned, did my entire pedicure in less than 20 minutes and left me to dry until I got up after 15 minutes. Just got my nails done. The manicure part was fine but I chose the color and it looked like a peach and my nails came out pink and nothing like the sample. I brought it up right when she opened the bottle that it didn't look anything like the color I chose and she said "Yea... It says 479 and it will look different after the second coat." She was right, it did look different but it looked further from the sample than before. Not only that but my nail color is inconsistent on every finger. I attached the pictures and although you can only see a slight difference thru the pictures it looks way worse in real life. The manager asked if i told her before the first coat, I said yes, and she spoke to the manicurist in a different language and came back to me as if I had lied. She said if I had said something after the first coat they could have done something about it as if I hadnt just told her I did. At the end of the day.... They gave me the manicure for 20 bucks at a discount as a "favor", but honestly I wasted money because now when I have more time I'll have to get them fixed elsewhere... definitely not here! If I had time to waste and sit there for another hour for them to take off the gel and put another 4 coats on I would... but nowadays time is precious. I'm more pissed about the waste of time than the waste of money. So sad. I will not be back. I need a nail place near Palm springs if anyone has a suggestion, I would love to know. I loved this place! It was super clean and everyone was very friendly. The staff was extremely accommodating to my 5 and 9 year olds sisters, as they gladly fixed both their pedicures after they messed them up! I got a mani/pedi with a full set of acrylics with gel on my hands. My nail tech was Henry, I definitely recommend him as he is amazing! Super friendly and funny, I asked for a coffin shape and he did an exceptional job! He was especially careful with my cuticles since I have a bad habit of biting them (as the photo shows). Relaxing, quiet environment for a mani and pedi. Staff were welcoming and polite and focused on their clients without too much side conversations amongst each other that distracted them. All I heard was the TV and some birds chirping outside along with small talk between client and staff. It was a pleasant feel. I used to love coming here. My mom and I were regulars. Unfortunately, the last 2 times have been incredibly terrible. I bring in the same picture every time I get my acrylics done and the last time they were mishapped and crooked, to the point that several people noticed . Same with this time! This time I got them removed & got shellac. None them are straight & while she did paint ends, she then filed them right after taking off thus paint. She was frustrated with me for asking her to file them before she painted them, so I'm confused why she did it after when she knew it would take off the (very thick) shellac she put on...? read more

Nothing Happy about this place. Its dirty, smells bad in there, stuffy and staff is very rude. The nails were even worse. Nails were crooked and after i noticed it i mentioned it to the man doing my nails. He was irritated that i pointed this out. On top of everything he had a cold. Short Asian male who did my gel pedicure...did an ok job....could have been better with as much time he spent doing it. I was charged $45 for a gel pedicure which was ridiculously expensive. I don't live in that area I reside in the Orange County area where I can get the gel pedicure for $10-$15 less. Come to find out he added on his own $5 tip when I already tipped him $5. In conclusion I ended up spending $50 (Tip included) getting a gel pedicure which was not worth it. That place is very deceiving. read more
