Food is good. BUT IVE NOTICED THAT PAYOUTS HERE during the SUMMER are HORRIBLE! 3rd summer in a row, when players play I've seen ALOT less winners including myself! Lose YOUR BUTT here during July, August and September! I guess they gotta still pay their bills while all the snowbirds are gone!

Came here for the Tuesday burger special. Can't beat a burger, fries and a beer for $10! Not bad at all! Burger was cooked perfectly. The fries are good and the only thing I will say is they should give you an option other than just Budweiser and Bud Light. This is a very small casino in Coachella. I don't come here too often but when I do, it's always a good time. Ambience is mixed, but if you go to the bar on a weekend night there's a lot of drunk and younger people sometimes which is a little annoying because they sit at the bar and don't let people gamble. And depending on who your bartender is, it's a hit or miss... there are some friendly ones and there's some that walk by you 10 times before they take your order. I will say slots are a little tight here. But they have the cutest robot, giving out waters!

    Exterior of place!

If I can give it a zero I would! Place is old feeling. Went there today because we seen on TV ION of the buffet Rico Rico Rico. False advertisement! No buffet since Covid! We did have lunch there which was a zero. Food was not good. Played $200 which the machines were not even excited no one was winning not even a free spin! The girls that gave us the casino cards were very nice and helpful but that's about it. Ooo and the waiter at the restaurant spilled hot coffee on my husband and I. My leg was Feeling pain Upper management or the manager came to apologize. Accidents happen but a worse place to go to! Poor people giving away there money there!!!

Ask the Community - Augustine Casino

Good morning I wanted to ask if you still serves the lobster in the buffet?

Hi...from my understanding the Augustine casino no longer has a Buffett, ever since COVID.

We loved your buffet and the former menu at the cafe. So many choices and the food & service were great! Any chance either will be coming back soon?

The buffet is permanently closed, but you will love our new menu options at Cafe 54. If there are any dishes from the past that you'd like to see on the menu again, please email info@augustinecasino.com and we'll pass the feedback to our F&B team.…

    Is the buffet open?

Hi, Craig! We have replaced our buffet with a full-service dining experience at Cafe 54.

How late is the restaurant open?

Hi, Ken! Café 54 is open daily 7 a.m.-8 p.m.

So what differentiates this from other Palm Springs area resorts? The service, by far. The property is phenomenal and the upkeep and maintenance is good, on par with other places. For example, at the pool, we found straws from the previous guest, etc. not a deal breaker, but something to observe. But everyone I interacted with genuinely seemed like they wanted us to have a good time. If it was fake, it was very good acting. From the valet to check in, amazing! Javier checked us in. 7 out of 5. Stress free. The pool area, 8 out of 5. Off the charts. Attention management: I stay at a lot of hotels and resorts. And though I'm sometimes overly generous with my ratings, I can honestly say Dru is the best server I've had, ever. She should run the joint! I wish I could give her a raise. Evan was pretty bad ass too and should be commended! Will I be back? 100 percent. Amazing property, rooms are great, staff is awesome. Food is good, but avoid the breakfast buffet at Rockwood. $40 for powdered eggs is no bueno! Other than that, you'll love it here!

The staff was attentive, and everything felt well organized. We had dinner at Aquifer65 & JW Sushi Bar one night, and it was fantastic. We also enjoyed dinner at Mikado Japanese Steakhouse, where the hibachi experience was both entertaining and delicious. The rooms are a bit underwhelming compared to the rest of the property, but the overall experience more than makes up for it. The pools, grounds, and amenities make this a great place to spend a long weekend. I'd definitely recommend staying here--just be prepared if you're visiting in the summer. The 104-degree desert heat is no joke, so plan on spending plenty of time in the pool and staying hydrated!

I've been to Coachella 3 times before and this year I went both weekends. I was here in the early 2000's before it became what it is now and I can tell you it's massive now. Before this year, the last time I was here was in 2013 and the stages were nowhere near as big and high tech as they are now. Favorite set this year was Nine Inch Noize at Sahara, Ceremony inside the Sonora tent, Suicidal Tendencies, etc. It's the best music festival in the world and worth the hefty price tag. Concert tickets are just about $100 plus dollars, so you're able to see so many artists for less than a standard L.A. venue ticket. HIghly recommend doing it once in your lifetime, but it is exhausting. Don't go back to work for a week after you attend all three days and book a spa day or a massage, the Monday after.

Don't get me wrong though, Justin Beiber was fun and he played our favorite song, "Beauty and a Beat." We got tier 2 tickets since tier 1 was sold out quick. Try to get these tickets during presale to avoid purchasing resale price which is totally not worth. Also make sure to book hotels/airbnb asap because pricing may increase depending on the lineup and demand! Early the cheaper, I guess. This year was amazing because they were lots of good artists like Bigbang, Subtronics, Isaiah Rashad, JB, Swae Lee, Central Cee, Foster the People and etc. I heard camping was a cool experience but I hate waiting in line for showers and I also heard that some camps got blown away by the dust storm. Mask up! My favorite stage is probably the Dolab stage because it's such a vibe and good for aesthetic pictures. The Sahara is also nice because of the lights and lasers. Food there is all overpriced. I paid like $60 for like two pizzas and a drink. Hungry though so you gotta do what you gotta do, lol. This year Coachella did a collab with Gap and they had an area where you are able to make your own custom hoodie with unique patches! I missed out on it because the line was outrageous!

I stayed at WorldMark Indio for the Coachella weekend and, while the property and the resort are…read morebeautiful, there are a lot of minor things that really just became an annoyance to me during my stay. Because it was the weekend of the Coachella music festival, the entire resort was full and it was extremely busy. Check in was quick and easy with friendly staff. Since it is a WorldMark location, we were offered the timeshare presentation (marketed as a "tour of the property"); we politely declined and they never bothered us again about it. The following items really annoyed me and I am not sure whether this is the norm or if it was because it was busy and the resort was full. - The resort DOES NOT provide additional towels. You can only replace dirty towels by calling housekeeping and trading your dirty towels for new ones. I have never seen a resort/hotel do this and did not like this practice. Just really annoying. - The resort does not offer housekeeping, even though we stayed for 4 nights! Our room was never cleaned as a result and we had to take the trash out ourselves. I even tried leaving the trash outside my door so that housekeeping can just grab it, but I found that it was just left there all day. Some other cons... - The AC does not work in the bedrooms. It is strong in the living rooms, but there is no air in the bedrooms for some reason. Being in the desert, it was sooo hot getting up to the high 90s outside. AC is necessary! - The food in the market/cafe is pretty mid... With WorldMark Indio being a large well-known resort in the area, I would expect the cafe food to be better. Pro though - I like that they have a market/cafe; definitely helpful to get a quick lunch in before heading to Coachella. - The security becomes very aggressive if you do not have their resort wristbands on. I accidentally left mine in the room on the first day and was almost not let back onto the property even though I could tell them my full name with ID... The best and really the only PRO I can tell you about is that there are shuttles here that take you to the festival! It is run by a private company called LF Festivals. It is very convenient and costs $145 per person. It is expensive but it was convenient and made it so that we had one less thing to think about. One thing they could work on though is the wait times. I waited over an hour sometimes to get onto a shuttle since the line was so long. Sometimes though there was no wait and I got onto a van immediately. Okay, I know I have a lot of negatives to say but it's a solid place to stay. I guess I just had high expectations because of the high price. Overall, nearly every staff I interacted with was very friendly and helpful and the front desk is quick to answer the phone when you need assistance with something. The room was clean and there is a microwave, fridge, freezer, and stove. Very convenient.

But if you are, Temalpakh Farm has extremely fresh, home grown produce and some other products produced by fellow Native Americans from the Western US. How did I get here? I went to Desert X 2025 (which I adore) and one of the art installations was on this site. Yes, they make you drive to weird and wonderful places for the biennial art scavenger hunt. The farm site has a new parking lot, an elevated outdoor seating area that is great for hosting company events or parties (as long as it is not in the hot summer months) and even a pond with a water fountain that might double as part of their irrigation system. When I was was there in May, some of the seasonal produce included heirloom tomatoes, squash blossoms, butter lettuce and artichokes. What could possibly be the best thing in the farmer's market is their smoothie stand. This being the palm desert, a majority of their freshly made smoothies have dates in them! Palm Tree Brew (coffee cold brew, unsweetened almond milk, banana, dates, mesquite powder, honey, date syrup, salt) - Okay, a coffee date shake is not for everyone, but if that's your thing, they make a great one. It's a perfect balance of everything, you can taste the coffee, the dates, the banana, the honey. All the ingredients were fresh, served smooth blended, nice and cold. A safer bet for most would be to stick with one of the other fruity date shakes here. Palm Tree is general date shake, Berri Crunch has mixed berries and dates, the Hulk has dates, spinach, kale, carrots, avocado, apple juice and pineapple juice, Green Feather has dates, banana, apple, avocado, kale, spinach and Farm's Dragon has dragon fruit, dates, pineapple, banana, chia/flaxseed and shredded coconut. This farm is under the same ownership group as the local Native American casino nearby. If you happen to be near the area, check out this farmer's market!

I bought the most fragrant kale, plump green onions, russet potatoes, berry with ginger jam and a spicy hot sauce. The farm brings in products from other local businesses. The farm is easy to reach from Indio or Palm Desert. Having organic treasures like this is such a treat. Do check it out.
