I was not allowed to access my car to retrieve my daily medication and told I'd have to wait until the next day or "go to the doctor." I have an AWD and wanted to confirm the proper towing method was used to preserve the car's mechanics and was given "do you think this is the first car we've towed" as a response. They didn't use a flatbed. Horrible customer service on all fronts and repulsive business tactics. They refused to let me pick up my car same day so I had to pay for two days. Less than 24 hours at this place ended up being $600+. Not to mention I was illegally towed in the first place.
