While my feet were drying, I noticed the woman who serviced me left, and I didn't think anything of it. As my feet started drying, I noticed the paint was splotchy. I saw a young lady finishing a woman's nails, so I asked if she or someone could help me. She said verbatim, "Did you mess them up?" I said, "No," and attempted to explain. She then said, "Nothing's wrong with them," so I put my light on my feet, showed her the very obvious splotches (only on a few toes), and asked if someone could paint one more coat. She rudely said, "Why didn't you tell the person who helped you?" I said, "She left." I said, "I've come here for years." I'm just asking for help. I sat down, and she helped the woman she was serving pay, then walked past me. I said, "Can you or someone please help me?" She made a face like I offended her, brushed me off, saying, "I'm not available," and continued to ignore me. At this point, I became so angry. The other two women working there didn't help either or acknowledge me for that matter. I was completely disgusted. I had to find the polish and literally repaint my own toes. I paid $ 40 for an incomplete pedicure and was a loyal customer. I'm assuming that because Nai wasn't there, they thought they could treat people any way they wanted. I've never had a nail technician refuse to help, especially when the customer is not at fault. I will never return.

I arrived on time for my appointment, but the nail tech wasn't ready, so I waited in my car for about 20 minutes. While that wasn't ideal, I was willing to be understanding. I booked a fresh set, but because she said she didn't have enough time, she filed my acrylic nails down so much that it was actually burning. Instead of removing the acrylic properly, she placed Gel-X directly over my existing acrylic without asking if I was comfortable with that. When I asked whether my nails would look bulky and if the set would last, her response was, "To be honest, I've never done this before." Mind you, this was for my birthday. I asked what service I had originally booked, and she confirmed it was a fresh set. When I asked when she would have time to do it correctly, she told me to come back another day because she had an event to attend. She then sent me to another nail salon to have her mistake soaked off, which I had to pay for out of pocket. When I returned for the follow-up appointment, she texted me beforehand asking me to be on time. Ironically, I arrived on time, and once again, she was not ready. To make matters worse, I was charged an after-hours fee due to scheduling issues that were not my fault. Professionalism, communication, and respect for a client's time are important. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below my expectations. I hate leaving negative reviews, especially when I genuinely want to support Black-owned businesses, but I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.

I scheduled an appointment for my daughter last week to get a pedicure, manicure, and a full set. Mary did a wonderful job on my daughter's feet. She was kind, gentle, and handled her with great care. After Mary finished, she sent my daughter to Rosa Lee. I made sure she understood that a manicure was supposed to be completed first then she'd get a full set. Rosa Lee looked at my daughter's nails scoffed and said she needed to go grab tools. She came back and began pushing back her dry cuticles so I asked about the manicure. Her response was, "I'm going to do her cuticles first." Then she pulled out the drill the rough up her nails which caused my daughter to pull back twice because of how rough she was. I asked again bout the manicure. She said okay. When she pulled out the nails to glue tips on I stopped and explained that a manicure was supposed to be completed first per my request of services. Rosa Lee rudely responded that she had already cut my daughter's cuticles. I explained that I was specific and Rosa Lee pushed back her chair, dropped her tools, and said "Well we will just have to speak to someone." I responded, "Yes we will." and asked for Kevin who booked us. He was out but Lina came over apologized on Rosa Lee's behalf and told her to get a bowl to soak my daughter's nails and give her the manicure as requested. Rosa Lee jumps up and says, "I don't have time because I have another client!" I responded, "Then you should have led with that and we would have waited for another nail tech instead of being rushed." Lina apologized again and asked Audi to do my daughter's nail work. Audi took her time and was kind. I asked Rosa Lee her name and she responded with, "You don't need to know my name." I simply walked away asked Kevin when he returned and I explained what happened. He took $5 off of the $165 that was charged and apologized for the miscommunication. I did let him know there was no miscommunication because Rosa Lee simply dismissed my instructions and questions after being told and asked three times about the manicure. This experience felt hurtful especially since it was for my daughter's prom and her first time going here to get pampered. Again, I have never had issues any other time. The staff are kind and do great work, but I will never do business with Rosa Lee and due to this experience, I'm not sure I will be returning. I had planned to come back with my college student for a pampering session but customer service is a huge factor for me when choosing who I conduct business with. While Lina and the ones who handled my senior well. Rosa Lee caused me to rethink whether or not I will be returning. It is never okay to be dismissive to a customer who kindly ensures they are receiving the service they paid for. And it's absolutely okay to say to allow another person to do the service instead of attempting to make a quick buck especially when there are two other nail technicians who are available and capable.

My pedicure was great, could have done a better job with the callus removal but besides that, great. Me and my wife are regular clients and when I went it today they told me that I called into cancel. I asked her what was the number that called in to cancel and she wouldn't tell me. I showed her my call log to let her know that I didn't cancel. And why would I cancel and then come as scheduled. This is the second time that something happened like this because they double book but this was the first time that the owner blatantly LIED saying that I called to cancel. Of course they couldn't service us because they only have 3 workers. Just lost 2 customers. SAVE YOUR TIME!!!!

I enrolled my daughter in what was advertised as a free summer camp to learn proper nail care and…read moreapplication. Tracy, the owner, made it clear that maturity was required for participation. My daughter and three of her friends, ages 13 to 17 years old signed up. Unfortunately, the program did not deliver on its promises. Tracy didn't provide much training at all. Instead, she spent a lot of time lecturing the kids about God and demanding respect. She seemed more interested in being praised than teaching. The girls didn't enjoy the experience. They dreaded going each day and constantly asked to stay home. I didn't understand their frustration until it was too late. One day, Tracy called to say my daughter was giving her trouble. I listened calmly and was open to hearing her concerns--until she told me she had said to my 13-year-old daughter, "You have to go, I want you gone, you need to go." I asked her to clarify exactly what she said, and instead of answering, she became combative. She accused me of condoning bad behavior and blamed me for the way my daughter allegedly acted. I let her know I didn't appreciate her tone or comments. My daughter is an honors student, very respectful, and not the type of child to cause problems. Tracy began yelling, so I told her I wasn't going to argue. I said I'd come get my daughter. She responded by saying, "Yeah, come get her. I don't want her here," and hung up the phone. My daughter texted me in tears. Tracy had told her to pack up and sit out front, completely humiliating her. When I arrived, I greeted the nail techs working on clients. Tracy stood in the classroom doorway, staring. I asked to speak with her, and she snapped that she only had a minute because she was teaching. The moment I pointed out her inappropriate behavior, she told me to leave. Tracy has no business working with kids. She lacks patience, professionalism, and any sense of emotional intelligence. According to the girls, she constantly made rude comments, dismissed their questions, and created an uncomfortable learning environment. My daughter simply asked why she was singled out for wearing headphones when others had theirs on too, and Tracy told her, "I'm not getting called out by a child." This entire experience was upsetting and disappointing. Tracy should not advertise a program for youth if she cannot treat them with basic respect and maturity. I would not recommend this camp to anyone. Just so we are clear she caught me on a good day. You cannot play with peoples children and expect them to let it ride. To avoid this type of ignorance I hope others take heed. She is not kid friendly. She really tried to test my patience. Although we all paid a registration fee she made it a point to tell the kids they needed to be appreciative of this experience all while belittling and berating them. Unfortunately this was a lesson I had to learn the hard way.
