The salty cheese, balances so well with the slightly sweet sauce, and all of this combined with the crispy crust (and lovely slightly charred bits around the edges) make for the ultimate savory pizza treat. Spongy cheese, soggy crust, cloyingly sweet sauce. It always used to have a touch of sweetness, not taste like a dessert. On the bright side, our wings were very good. There was a brick oven being used to reheat the pizzas. The customer service was okay. The young lady that took our order could have been more pleasant. The rest of the staff were pretty nice. There are low top tables and high top tables rooms for parties of two and parties of 12. The prices are good and the taste is what keeps you coming back. The space is also fairly accessible for wheelchair users, but if it is busy, you may need assistance finding a proper table for your party so ask the cashier and they'll gladly help you.

The 2nd surprise to me was that I ordered a salad, this time I decided to try their Caesar salad, and I was surprised as it came DIY style. See pic, but I'm not complaining about the salad, I got all the ingredients, it just seemed strange. So, what was messed up? As I said I don't like sausage at all so I ordered their Hawaiian special of beef & pineapple, plus I added the ham. When the man called me and said no ham, I said three times to just make it like the menu said. The caller suggested sausage and I think he said spicy sausage was available too (again he did not sound like a native English speaker) so I repeated no, just make it like the menu and don't add anything extra to it. So when it arrived, it looked like hamburger / ground beef but the first bite had a powerful unexpected taste, it had sausage. I ate part of the pizza but had to stop due to the flavor. This is the first real problem I've had with Eni's, I did have another issue on a previous order but the owner resolved that one to both of our satisfaction. I still say I love their base pizza as it has a hand tossed dough, basic pizza sauce and good amount of cheese. So in the future I may just order a plain cheese pizza.

The pizza tastes pretty much the same as it did as when I was a kid and one slice is enough to get me through the next few hours. One change is Sbarro now sells lemonade in several flavors. I think those were blueberry, dragon fruit??, ... strawberry??, ... and plain lemonade. Now that I'm writing about them, I'm wanting one. So what if a slice is like $5.99 vs. $0.79? Well, actually, I don't love how much prices have gone up, but that is not exclusive to Sbarro or to mall food court selections, so it isn't a criticism.

The salad that I really like is the candied walnut and grape salad and since I've never tried to sit down to eat because I don't believe there are many/any seats as it's mostly a takeout location I can't really speak for the ambience.
