    12" Tuscany Pizza
    Staci S.

I'd do 3.5 stars if it let me. Wife and I saw this spot on an instagram reel so we thought we'd check it out. We showed up at 5:30 on a Friday night and were the only two people in the place for quite a while. We ordered the Tuscany pizza and chicken wings. It seemed like the owner maybe was the one working alone, his service was great for being the only one there. We received our pizza and were about halfway done when our wings showed up. Two other tables came in and the DoorDash/Grubhub machine kept going off. He was doing his best to make sure everything got taken care of. We weren't in a hurry so it wasn't a big deal to us but I could see how some might get annoyed as I read in other reviews. The pizza was good, the wings were ok. The space itself is nice. I'd go again but it wouldn't be my first choice.

Randomly picked a non-chain pizza place and Eni's was the winner. Surprisingly they are a hybrid pizzeria & Mexican joint. Super clean! Friendly staff! Super yummy food! Of course we tried the brick oven cooked pizza, but I did choose an infusion by getting the Pastor Pizza. Definitely coming back to try the Mexican meals too.

The pizza was super good. Their olive pizza is usually made with black olives, but they said they had green ones and said they could chop them up and put them on for me instead. Love it. I usually can't find anywhere that has them and it was so nice of them to accommodate it.

Really enjoyed ourselves at Eni's. The service was great. Very friendly and attentive. The Eni's salad was good, just had a few bites of bitter cucumber. But the tomatoes were really fresh. The pizza was great. Homemade dough and was cooked to perfection. We were the only ones in the dining room. But it was a nice establishment. Would love to go back and try the Mexican menu.

So my husband decided to order dinner for us tonight and placed his order through Grubhub. The delivery was accurate and our food was hot. We ordered a pepperoni pizza, a chicken salad, and a combo plate which included hot wings, battered shrimp, chicken tenders and battered cheese bites. I would really like to give them a 3.5 stars if possible because out of all the things we ate my favorites were their PIZZA and their SALAD. !! I could skip their beer battered deep fred everything foe that delicious fire baked pizza!!!

Good pizza. Flavorful, thin, chewy, soft crust. Fresh toppings. Friendly people working. Didn't eat in, but I would. Cute atmosphere, looks like a good neighborhood hangout spot.

I've tried 4 different pizzas of theirs and they all have been great. Wine Wednesdays are nice!

I could muster an unoriginal joke regarding the how big of a mouth you need for a big mouth…read moresandwich. Consider yourself spared. I shall jump straight to the good stuff: the sandwiches. Listen, st louis has no shortage of sandwich shops, so to be successful you need to offer a unique enough product that is still approachable, and reliable. Big mouth has mastered the game. The menu is inundated with options inspired by tried and true classics. However, they do not stop there. Each sandwich is inventive enough to create some separation from it's origin. This keeps the experimenters happy, while also catering to the more tame of tastebuds. I went prosciutto. It was incredible. Thin pear, whipped ricotta, pesto, and that salty, thin prosciutto. Every bite gave me a little something different. Some bite had a big crunch full of juicy pear accentuated by the tang of balsamic. Others had a bit of sweetness from the sugars released in the pear juice and caught by the vibrant pesto. Some bite were buttery, with the help of the prosciutto sliced thin enough to read all of the perennial accolades adorning the back wall. The focaccia is art. There's a charming patio out front, if you want it. You can settle in for a long dinner, post up at the bar for the night, or grab a quick bite before heading out on the town. Bartenders are warm and approachable, and the in-house mixology is confident without any "we spent 30 hours perfecting this" pretense. The whole experience is like Sam Malone the bartender (save the drama) at Cheers: friendly, self-assured, the kind of place that makes you feel like you could spend all night there without anyone rushing you. We had a Paper Plane and an Old Fashioned -- the latter served over a custom ice cube stamped with a double ax (a nod to the wood fire). The cocktail list leans classic and reliable: if you know you like gin or vodka, you'll find something easy here. The espresso martini is the standout, it works as a dessert drink or any other time of the meal. We started with the Smorgasbord instead of our usual garlic knots (which are their own delicacy), and it didn't disappoint: toasted brioche with mascarpone and strawberry jam, several cured meats (capicola, prosciutto, pepperoni), parmesan, gouda, dried cherries, and chutney. My one nitpick; the pepperoni and gouda were tiny cubes, which makes them tough to grab cleanly compared to the sliced parmesan or rolled prosciutto. In this situation give the man a toothpick. The tallow-fried wings are, in my opinion, the best in St. Louis. The beef-tallow-and-potato-starch breading produces a tempura-like texture and crunch that keeps them light. Adventurous-but-classic sauces, bourbon butter BBQ, buffalo, and pineapple honey habanero (legitimately spicy; bring backup). The wings stand on their own without sauce. For pizza, we got the Napoli (tomato, fresh and smoked mozzarella, arugula, parmesan, black pepper, olive oil) -- her standing favorite. Expect proper Neapolitan: soft center, thin crust, charred crisp edge. Don't lift and bite fold it. (She insists: no fork. I use a fork - I know how dare I!) The pizza menu reads creative but never gimmicky; meat-lovers, vegetarians, vegans, and gluten-conscious diners all have real options. Before Kyle took over, Pizzeoli was known as a vegan-forward spot, and that flexibility lives on. We closed with the seasonal ice cream sandwich, fresh-pressed pizzelle wafers, crème brûlée ice cream, and a torched marshmallow cap. Excellent. A couple of practical notes: they're dinner-only (4-9:30) and the new reservation phone line is a robo call. Easier to use the online waitlist or book online directly. Pizzeoli is dressed-down-or-dressed-up friendly, kid-welcoming, and somehow works equally well for a pre-game stop or your dinner of the week. I've never had a bad dish here, and there are several I come back for specifically -- Lesley for the Napoli, me for the wings. 4.9 stars out of 5. If that toothpick shows up, a perfect 5. ;) Worth the trip across town, an hour drive for a long dinner, if it were open for lunch, the suggestion for two trips in one day would be welcomed or two-days in a row.

The check salad was fresh, crisp, and topped with plenty of cheese, tomato and salami, and your choice of dressing. We opted for house Italian. The house Italian was delicious, a little sweet a little tangy, not too oily. The toasted ravioli was seasoned well, cooked to perfection and the marinara sauce was fresh, seasoned well and tasted homemade. The Chicago style pizza was cooked perfectly, soft with a slight crunch. Topping was fresh and racially portioned on every slice. I would like to have had more sauce since it is a thicker crust.
