I've had many deliveries from Eni's pizza and i am only adding this review as they messed up my online order, but I think it was because the person that called me was not a native English speaker. He called me after I had placed the order and paid and said they were out of the ham for the pizza so he kept saying they would use sausage. I don't like sausage and told the man that called to just make the pizza without the ham (it was to be their Hawaiian special plus I added ham to it and accepted their up charge to do that). I am not sure why they have ham and bacon as options if they don't carry them (or were they just out?) as I asked the caller to sub bacon for the ham and he said they didn't have that either. NOTE: I did use the "SLICE" pizza app to order my meal but the Eni's menu and the Slice app's menu for Eni's appear to be the same. The 2nd surprise to me was that I ordered a salad, this time I decided to try their Caesar salad, and I was surprised as it came DIY style. See pic, but I'm not complaining about the salad, I got all the ingredients, it just seemed strange. So, what was messed up? As I said I don't like sausage at all so I ordered their Hawaiian special of beef & pineapple, plus I added the ham. When the man called me and said no ham, I said three times to just make it like the menu said. The caller suggested sausage and I think he said spicy sausage was available too (again he did not sound like a native English speaker) so I repeated no, just make it like the menu and don't add anything extra to it. So when it arrived, it looked like hamburger / ground beef but the first bite had a powerful unexpected taste, it had sausage. I ate part of the pizza but had to stop due to the flavor. This is the first real problem I've had with Eni's, I did have another issue on a previous order but the owner resolved that one to both of our satisfaction. I still say I love their base pizza as it has a hand tossed dough, basic pizza sauce and good amount of cheese. So in the future I may just order a plain cheese pizza. read more

Seeing all these Yummy pizza reviews I had to post the 1st stop on our 2024 Pizza Passport tour!!!! New place on the Passport this year and a place we have never been. Eni's Pizza off Gravois. We went early so there was absolutely no one there. At first we thought they were a new place but the owner stated they had been there since 2016. We couldn't figure out if this was a Pizzeria or a Mexican place cause we got Chips n Salsa??? But good!!! The Fried Cheese was very good and all pizza are 12 inches and they have Specialty ones or you can make your own. We choose Sausage/Pepperoni/ Mushroom. I love the thicker crust and they are Wood Fired!! Very good. The place just added a Mexican Lunch special during the week. They also have some Greek options as well!!! Full Bar as well!!! Service was Great!!! So if you cannot decide between Pizza Mexican or Greek... just go to Eni's!!! read more

I tried this place on a whim the first two places I thought of were closed. I ordered a sausage pizza and salad to go. The food was ready quickly and it was hot and fresh but it tasted just ok. The pizza crust was a little tough and the salad was under seasoned. Overall it was just fine. read more

I'd do 3.5 stars if it let me. Wife and I saw this spot on an instagram reel so we thought we'd check it out. We showed up at 5:30 on a Friday night and were the only two people in the place for quite a while. We ordered the Tuscany pizza and chicken wings. It seemed like the owner maybe was the one working alone, his service was great for being the only one there. We received our pizza and were about halfway done when our wings showed up. Two other tables came in and the DoorDash/Grubhub machine kept going off. He was doing his best to make sure everything got taken care of. We weren't in a hurry so it wasn't a big deal to us but I could see how some might get annoyed as I read in other reviews. The pizza was good, the wings were ok. The space itself is nice. So my husband decided to order dinner for us tonight and placed his order through Grubhub. The delivery was accurate and our food was hot. We ordered a pepperoni pizza, a chicken salad, and a combo plate which included hot wings, battered shrimp, chicken tenders and battered cheese bites. We found this place by accident and so glad we did! The food comes out fresh / hot and the service is always friendly. We have had their pizza (amazing if brick oven style), wings (very good) and some of the best birria tacos I've found! We don't live close but it's worth the drive! By far the most amazing food, nevertheless Mexican food! I had the steak fajitas with rice, beans, salad, and the fresh margarita. The steak was perfectly seasoned and just spicy enough. The beans were not your usual blandly flavored variety. The rice was the perfect complement to pull it all together. The margaritas were by far the best I've ever had. I almost forgot the queso that was to die for, and the amazing crunchy on the outside yet luxuriously soft caramel filled interior (which my mother got for free for her birthday). Even my nieces that are 2 and the pickiest of eaters devoured their pepperoni pizza. Delicious homemade hand tossed pizza. Get a margarita pizza here and you will get a 12 inch pizza on a New York style thin crust with homemade DELECTABLE tomato sauce, really savory, melty real mozzarella, and dried basil (the only drawback to getting this- I so wish they used fresh basil for more pop of flavor). It is big enough for two, but so good you might eat the whole thing. Very unassuming storefront off busy part of Gravois between Holly Hills and Christy Blvd it can be hard to see the sign. Please be careful when parking along Gravois and walking across street. Traffic here is very fast and unforgiving. Interior is really quite beautiful and resembles a Balkan mountaintop with columned marble architecture and breezy floral decor. Plenty of room for a large party or lots of lunchers. Long story short: The food was AMAZING. The service was ABYSMAL. Long story long: We found Eni's on Yelp and ordered through here/Grub Hub. We ordered 1 Eni's Salad, 1 Doner, and 1 Qofte. The delivery was surprisingly quick. When we opened up the bag/boxes with our order, there were 3 boxes; Box #1 with Eni's Salad, Box #2 with Qofte meat, tomato slice, onion slice, 12 French fries, 1 pepperoncini, and a packet of mayonnaise, Box #3 with somun style bread. We were obviously missing the doner in our order. I cut the bread in half thinking the doner meat was inside, because it was so thick, but nothing was inside of it. We called the restaurant to check and see if maybe they forgot to put it in the bag for the Grub Hub driver. The owner immediately raised his voice and yelled at us, "THE BIG BLACK MAN WHO PICKED UP THE ORDER GOT EVERYTHING!!!!" So....first of all, I'm not sure that a specific description of the delivery person was all that necessary but whatevs. I tried to speak calmly and politely to the man on the phone but he was having none of that. He just kept saying things like "I AM THE OWNER AND I KNOW WHAT I COOKED! WHY WOULD I LIE?!?!?! I AM RUNNING A BUSINESS HERE! THE BIG BLACK MAN TOOK ALL YOUR FOOD! HE MUST HAVE KEPT IT! YOU NEED TO CALL THE BLACK MAN" He kept talking over me and I finally had to raise my voice and tell him to stop talking and that I would call the delivery driver. Then he yelled again, "CALL ME BACK! ID LIKE TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENED!" So I hung up, then I called the number that texted us when our food was delivered. The driver answered. I told him what was up and he, politely, said "I just delivered what the restaurant gave me. Just one bag". So then, I called Grub Hub. The customer service guy at Grub Hub put me on hold and called the driver. He said the driver told him the same thing. He asked me what was missing, and refunded me for the doner. Since the angry owner of Eni's asked me to call him back, I did. I tried to tell him what the driver said and what Grub Hub said and that they refunded my money for the missing doner, but he just kept yelling and defending himself and saying that he knows that he put the food in there and that it isn't his fault. It's like....dude, I don't give a crap whos fault it is. From the get-go he could have just said "Oh know, I'm sorry that happened, let me call Grub Hub." Or "Oh wow, I thought I put it all in there, I'm sorry the doner is missing, I can make another if you'd like to come down and get it?" Like...anything would have been better than the way this guy from Eni's reacted. Anyway, it is a real shame that he was such an a-hole about the whole thing because the food was fantastic and we would have definitely eaten there in the future. read more

This is an excellent pizza place in south at. Louis on Gravois near Christy Park. A casual family friendly environment, the pizzas were delicious. We split two pizza amongst two adults and a toddler. You can't go wrong with the pepperoni pizza, but Eni's pizza is worth going back for - I could eat pounds of the smoked beef! Soo, today was the first time getting pizza here. Very, very good. The guy answering the phone with the thick greek accent was very nice and helpful. Had it delivered by GRUBHUB which I now refer to has HUBUB. 60 minutes after ordering I called back to see if the pizza was on the way. He said yes and that it left the store 15 minutes earlier. I'm 1 mile away so I'm camped out at the front door waiting. 70 minutes after ordering I called HUBUB and the guy told me that it had been delivered 1/2 hour ago. It's truly an excellent pizza joint serving great brick oven style pizza. The menu is small and the only item that qualifies as appetizer is the salads. Despite the lack of appetizer options the pizza comes out quick and is delicious from the first bite to the last.
