Normally I would have nothing bad to say about this place, but after today and the "lava" they call wax that they put on my feet I will seriously reconsider coming here again. When the wax was removed my foot was seriously red. They admitted it was really hot (they are aware that it gets that way when they have few bags in there) and that was it. No discount was applied. I'm semi new to the area and started going here to get my eyebrows waxed. I've gone here now a total of 3 times and every time I come here I leave with one eyebrow shorter then the other!! Also I tried paying with my card and the lady told me to use the ATM. I asked her don't they take cards and she said yes. She wanted me to use their ATM so I could get cash and tip her. So I only went here coz i was invited by my friend. Never have I experience good service here. The lady who did my pedicure is not gentle when removing the dead skin around nails. Guess what is the best part. She just wiped down the nail nippers and put it back on the plastic. and then out it back in her rolling cabinet. I thought she would autoclave it after or something. Giiiiiiirl another customer came and used the same exact one she used on me without even disinfecting it thoroughly. That's pretty disgusting. I am a bit taken aback by the negative reviews. I have been going to this salon every two weeks since we moved here 5 months ago. The staff is courteous and I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes and have never made an appointment. They have a few pedicure options with additional add ons such as $5 paraffin wax. I have never seen them not change the liners in the pedicure bowls. This is my place for fills and pedicures for the next 3 years I am here. read more

I broke my nail today and just needed to get it fixed, I got them done out of town so I figured it wouldn't be a big deal to just quickly get it fixed somewhere else. I waited 20 min to get help and after I did the guy was so rough and rude, he smacked my hand and kept pulling on it, he also cut my skin, and shortly after the lady next to me also got cut by the lady doing her nails. The pedicures here are pretty good, however fills and new sets are hit or miss. I definitely recommend Henry for acrylics. The ladies, for the most part, were friendly towards me but not everyone feels that way. I think its a nice salon, I appreciate the nail drying section very much instead of just using little fans. read more

I have been to this place on two separate occasions. First time, I thought it was a flook, that I just had a terrible experience and I should give it another chance so I did. The second time it was just as bad! The lady burned my skin while she was sanding my feet to the point that I had a fissure in my heal that lasted 2 weeks. I pulled my foot away several times to let her know it hurt and she was emotionless, no apology just continued.. and did it again and again. Went here to get my nails done and a pedicure! Horrible is an understatement. The pedicure lasted what seemed like 5 minutes. Nail polish is all over my toes and some toes are darker than others, my full set ...garbage. I asked for almond shape and I ended up with a mix of almond oval and round and the length is way shorter than I asked for. The guy kept ignoring what I was saying and wouldn't fix them! I was skeptical about getting a pedicure. I don't like having someone touch my feet. Today was the second time I've had a pedicure here. Both times I was happy with the results. My right foot had been bothering me for several months after tripping and landing on it funny. When I had it massaged with my pedicure, it felt much better. The skin on the bottom of my foot is much softer too. I had a French manicure done both times. The first one lasted 8 weeks! I am sure this one will be the same way. I am so disappointed in Fargo Nails! I went in for a fill and the young lady sitting next to me repeatedly told the manicurist in the crop top that she was unhappy with how her nails looked. She then asked if she could have them removed and offered to pay for the removal. Crop top asked why and the poor thing explained that she had been trying to tell her the whole time that she didn't like how they looked. Instead of insisting on fixing them crop top told the young lady that not only did she need to pay for the removal but she would be paying for the crappy dip powder manicure that she did. I asked my nail tech if that's the way he thought a customer should be treated and he was terrified to answer. This young lady was AD from Lemoore NAS and deserved more respect than what she received. So if you're military or know anyone that is please do not give these people your business. If you need a last minute manicure or pedicure goto the one off of 43 and 198, I've never seen them treat any of there customers with disrespect like crop top did. Horrible experience I had here. I will never go back. There is one person who did my pedicure and I'm not sure if it was a man or a women, but they were extremely rude!!! I had to get loud with them because they kept hitting my feet and was very rough. I did not feel comfortable at all. Went in for a fill and after having my acrylics taken off decided I'd just like a mani.. Only to have the nail technicians bitch and complain about me in Vietnamese the rest of the time. I know you're talking about me! I was bothered with comments at least 5 times stating that ill just be back for acrylics in a day after or I needed to get the gel nails. After trying to explain that I use a tanning bed often, and gel nails crack without proper coverage in such.. I nearly walked out because the owner kept insisting I was wrong. I went to Fargo Nail Spa because I had a gift certificate. The minute I showed that the technicians became very rude! Three of them talked to each other; joking and laughing and I couldn't help but feel that they were talking about me! There also was quite a bit of pain involved in the clipping and cleaning of my nails. I went here in part because I thought it would be relaxing! I was SO wrong! They rushed through the whole process and now when I read the other reviews, I wish I hadn't bothered! Stay away from this place! My nails look okay and time will tell how the polish job lasts. Today I had a mani-pedi . The plain Mani with regular polish no gel is a treat for me. I hardly ever have a manicure. Having both done at same time I Ve experienced 1 time. my skin is extremely sensitive and the two together at same time, I can't do again. Today after my pedi I asked for a manicure. The sign posted says $34 for spa manicure and pedicure. My bill was $41. I didn't understand why when sign states $34. " You not say both in beginning before you started," was my response from the owner Mai . I told her her thats wrong, and the sign in wrong and needs to be changed, that's not good business practice. Anyhow I'm DONE . This is too many strikes for me personally. I've had pedis there regularly for years again and after another major issue there 5 years ago. Complaints also need to be made to BBB , state licensing , and keep posting the bad yelp reviews for them . They need to learn they're wrong . Their pockets will get less $ . I too would give them no stars except for negative ones. I also had to tell young Mani guy 5 times to slow down, it's hurts, too fast. Other customers across in pedi chairs heard me. Where to start... Let's start by saying that Fargo Nails was my first choice when it came to my pedicure, and for some time also my fingernail needs. I was excited when they upgraded to the fully disposable pedicure bowl setup and liked the different options of pedicure packages. However, I regret to now say that I will never go back after the accumulation of several incidents. I'll only mention my last and worst incident which ultimately cost them my business and possibly yours. I had only sat down in my chair when Pat, I believe was his name, began to clip my toenails. The very first toe chomped once deep into my toenail, I said ouch multiple times but didn't want to rip my toe from his hands, as he still had the clippers over my partially cut toenail, and CHOMP- again deeper into my nail bed. At that point I shrieked and apparently got his attention. Too fucking late. My toe began bleeding, but I was particularly stressed that weekend so allowed him to continue the pedicure. I wasn't too worried because I assumed everything was clean due to everything being disposable and it would be fine. However, I started thinking and realized that I don't think I've ever seen them actually change ANY of the disposable liners or air tubes at their pedicure chairs. And that is a pretty gross thought when you know that they take a cheese grater to your feet then rinse the skin off in that bowl. So as the women in the chairs beside me finished and left I watched to see whether they were actually as clean as they let on. And of course, the liners nor tube were changed out. Who knows whether they do anything to clean their metal utensils. It's not only negligent, but disgusting to think of. So I'm just over here with uncomfortably short toenails hoping that I don't get a bacterial infection under the one that he cut off too short. Good luck. read more

This is your typical walk in nail salon. I did like that for the pedicure chairs they now have disposable liners that are single use. I feel it is much more sanitary. I got the deluxe pedicure and feel like they did a good job. Visiting from out of town and I came in this Thursday afternoon and they were able to help me right away for a gel mani and reg pedi. If you come here- be sure to request CAMMY! She was awesome! Very pleasant demeanor and great attention to detail. :) I love my nails! Also HELEN was great with my pedi. The only thing that was a bit of an annoyance was the amount of flies inside due to the hot weather so I'm assuming they come in every time the door opens. I was seated immediately and the gentleman that gave me my pedicure was very attentive. He kept pointing out to me that one foot had a lot of callouses. He kept showing me how much he was having to work to get it all off. I love the colors and was really looking forward to seeing the end result. This is a typical walk-in nail spa. The chairs are well used and show a lot of wear and tear. However, they use disposal liners for the basin, which I appreciate. I have paid special attention to people coming and going and have noticed that the liners are changed in between every client. Don't expect chit chat. The workers are not talkative and, in fact, most do not speak English. I've always had 2 layers of polish applied and is still in perfect shape when I go back 3 weeks later for my next pedi. The only negative is that I wish that I would receive a true foot massage instead of pounding and slapping.
