Excellent time. A group of us met for lunch during reunion weekend. I have not been to Fargos in years and it is still amazing. The crust is dan near perfect with a crisp crunch that stands up that is still soft in the middle. I was super surprised with the combo pizza we ordered. The tomatoes and other toppings were great without overwhelming the pizza. Fargos is still a great place and great time after all these years.

The first word that comes to mind is Nostalgia! I went here with my parents! My son went with me! And now my grandson goes with us! My parents were here for their annual visit and we wanted a salad bar and pizza! One of our favorite things! My dad suggested Fargo's and we all agreed that we go! Pizza is still the same..cornmeal crust with a crunchy, chewy crust! Hot and ready to eat! Salad bar never disappoints! The ranch is really good! The ambiance is fun and filled with unique antiques from the Victorian era along with the staff! And a piano that excepts change to play and fill the restaurant! There is also an arcade! Fun for families! Glad I went!

I rate food and the experience based off of what it advertises to be and then whether it meets that. This is not a five star restaurant. It's a quirky, kitschy node to a Saloon which is pretty hilarious but they certainly achieve that! The decor inside is a trip. Tons of stuff to look at including the magic mirror that puts your order number up when your food is ready. I honestly expected it to not be very good but the pizzas were better than expected! The crust was fluffy and not greasy at all. The veggie pizza comes with an entire garden of tomatoes. It all tasted fresh so I can't gig them any stars and I would totally go back with friends of family in town for the novelty!

Cool place but the pizza was horrible. Don't get the taco pizza! The other pizza was just basic pizza and the sauce for dipping was horrible.

We came here for lunch. Luckily right before a massive group of children. They had a really good lunch special that came with a personal pizza, the salad bar and a drink for $12.95. The pizza came out pretty quick too. Their salad bar was quite extensive so $12.95 was a steal!

Gosh, I really wanted to like this place and in some ways I do. Awesome atmosphere, great building, terrific idea, very friendly staff and cheap(er) prices but the food is below average at best. My wife and our family tried fundamentally everything on the menu and most were bad. Only a few items were "okay". This is a one time place so if you go, get the spaghetti and meat balls, lower your expectations and DO NOT order the pizza. I do not like leaving bad reviews but this place really has a great idea and I really do want it to last for a long time but please.... Increase the prices and quality. Do not go down the route of the elephant bar.

I had mentioned on our reservation we were celebrating a birthday, and I think every member of the front end wished me Happy Birthday at least once! Overall, service throughout was impeccable! I am a huge fan of Chicken Parm, and have struggled over the years to find a version that compares to my favorite Italian eatery in NYC...pounded super thin with crispy breading and nearly overflowing the plate. I have found a new favorite, and confess I couldn't finish it. My wife had the Chicken Valeria which also was outstanding. Entrees come with a side salad...House or Caesar for a small upcharge. Both fresh and plentiful. After the mains, we had no room for dessert..as usual, but we were surprised with a pistachio cannoli for the birthday boy and it was easily one of the best cannoli we have enjoyed...even across may travels to Italy and NY. Overall an awesome dining and birthday experience, and probably good it's not in my hometown in NC as I would likely get in trouble! Five plus stars!!

From ambience to service to food...this Italian restaurant which I picked out of whim when I was…read morein Springs the past Sunday for a job assignment became a nice surprising discovery which is worth a time to write about. I definitely wanted to sit down/relax/eat so when I stepped in and realized that Happy Eats Pasta ("HEP") was more than those casual "order upfront" type places I had a sigh of relief. Upon arrival the lady upfront greeted me with a smile. Once she learned that I was there for a dine in she said to grab a table of my choice so I picked the one on the left all the way to the corner for quietness (needed to do some work related stuff on my phone.) The interior decors are quite adorable. Ample space with ample number of tables. And very clean as well. Menu has a good selection of food from salads to sides to pasta to sandwiches to desserts. After perusing it as the lady gave me time to do so I decided to go with the half pasta ($8, $12 for full), house salad ($6) to start my early dinner. What's great about the pasta is that you can customize it to your liking; in order words it's a build-your-own style. I thus went with fettuccine as the pasta, meat bolognese as the sauce and eggplant as the veggie. I made mine very simple and yet there isn't really any limit to this: you can add however many ingredients you can add to supersize your dish. The house salad was pretty much immediately served as it's a simple salad that didn't take too long for the kitchen to prepare. The salad was a typical house salad and yet I enjoyed it as it was a really good portion for the price. The greens, the cherry tomatoes, they all tasted fresh. Soon after my pasta dish arrived. This too is/was a good portion for the base price of $8. The meat bolognese sauce is a $4 add on and each veggie add on is $2. Since I only got one veggie the total price for the entire pasta dish was $14. The fettuccine was perfectly al dente. The meat bolognese sauce wasn't too salty at all. What I mostly enjoyed was the eggplant veggie add on. Perfectly sautéed. Great texture indeed. Both salad and pasta came with a small dinner roll. The friendly lady (after dinner) came and dropped off the dessert menu. The cannoli ($5) immediately caught my attention so I went with it without hesitation. I also ordered a cup of decaf drip coffee to accompany my cannoli. The cannoli was also a good portion size for the price. The decaf nicely complimented the dessert. HEP must be on your list for a decent Italian restaurant if you are in Springs next time. Whereas I will by no means categorize it as a fancy restaurant in any way its decency might quite shock you. And GET THE CANNOLI! BTW.. they do serve alcohol (draft beers and wines).

What I did try was the stellina spritz flight. So that's what I'll be reviewing! For $10 during HH, you can try 3 of Stellina's spritzes. The classic aperol, blackberry ginger, and lemon lime. All of which were so delicious and well balanced. And for $10, this is a great deal! I believe $12 usually. Now I like a classic aperol (they just call it the Stellina) spritz, but it's fun to try some different flavors! The second best is lemon lime and I'd say my third choice is blackberry ginger. But they're all good and you can't go wrong. So here's the thing--this place is more of a place and order and sit. Less of a restaurant with full service. I don't mind it! The patio was super nice and covered, but the sun still came through. On a nice day, I loved it. But we ordered and then it was all brought to our table pretty quick. Both were really yummy- my husband and I shared them. The homemade pasta really made a difference- it was so good! I found the chew of the pasta absolutely perfect. The flavor of the pasta dish was mild but delicious. The risotto was flavorful (maybe a little too salty) and very comforting. The portions looked a little small for the price but it's high quality food and we were both fully satisfied. They have a happy hour special for buy one get one small scoops of their homemade gelato (yay!) and that was delicious too. I got the mint stracciatella and my husband had the pistachio- both were top notch. The restaurant didn't seem to have air conditioning and was very very warm. I would have been grumpy if I was dining in. They do have some outside picnic tables and maybe a back patio too. It's super super cute and seemed very popular and a great place to meet people for dinner and drinks. The staff seemed to be working very hard. It took awhile to be served at the counter and I think they forgot to take my number to text me when my order would be ready so it felt a little confusing to know when my order would be ready and it ended up being about a half hour. There is free street parking! Overall I think this is a great quality place that I definitely want to return to!!
