I was really, really looking forward to their food as this restaurant in the only one open in the strip. However, you have to call your order in, which is understandable in this time, and wait outside. It seemed like a long wait, and maybe I just came at a terrible time although there weren't any other people in front of me. So about the food. My husband and I both ordered wings, he got boneless and I got bone. He said his were delicious and ate every last one. Mine, however, were chewy and not cooked enough for my liking so I only ate like three out of the eight I ordered. The flavor, garlic and Parmesan, on my wings was spot on though which is why I wanted to keep eat them, but I couldn't get passed that chewy-ness. It kept kept getting stuck in my teeth. They gave us free breadsticks since our order was over $10, so that was awesome! And the wings were super hot when we got them. Thanks y'all! read more

These people make up the rules as they go. The online system is an entirely different system than they use in the restaurant. Also, no refunds- only credit you have to call to use. Twice I've ordered online and they have forgotten things (which would be fine), but they charge a dollar per item, like parmesan and ranch. When I called, the manager laughed and said she couldn't refund me for parmesan when it was free...I explained about the online and she credited me a dollar. Tried to order today to claim my dollar and they told me the minimum for delivery is 20$, when I told them the online delivery said 10$, she got angry and told me it'd been that way for months and they haven't gotten around to changing it online yet. So FYI guys order online. And also just skip this place altogether. Terrible management. Domino's read more

After a mix up of ordering pizza here tonight and selecting pick up instead of delivery all star was nice enough to deliver me my pizza! We were so appreciative because my vehicle isn't here right now that my teenager went and got money from her OWN pocket to offer a tip because the transaction had already been paid and couldn't be recharged. Pizza comes I send her to the door don't see any problem- I receive a call from the manager who basically told me off and went on about how they delivered a service and I said I didn't have a car for pick up ( which my car is with my husband at work) but there was a car there (My roommates car who I'm not at liberty to use) then went on to say the next time this happened there wouldn't be any delivery offered. Won't be a next time I reintegrated to him as I did with LISA on the phone how much I APPRECIATED the gesture and even allowed my teen to offer cash at the door! I was told that's a LIE my teen didn't offer him any tip and when the driver was asked he had the nerve to say she POCKETED the money. I'm thinking this is insane- entire time dudes talking to me like I jipped him out of something and didn't spend 40 plus to feed my family multiple times now. He says this is a far area to deliver to etc. ( but they deliver every other time no issue) and wishes me a good night. Incredible. Their food is decent but for this type of BS I'll pass everytime. I'm astonished by the attitude and nastiness this family owned business has shown my family tonight. All over a mix up! That they offered to deliver for! My teenager doesn't have to pocket cash she has spending money all her own. 2 minutes ago Bought a chicken parm on January 10th when I came home there was no chicken in it I called the store and was literally told he must have forgot to put the chicken in it will get that replaced for you came in today to get that replaced and they want to charge me for the meal that they literally forgot to put the chicken in and then verbalized it Worst place ever if you mess up own up to it and replace the item I was just asking for an apology and someone to acknowledge it I did not need the item replaced I was literally going to throw it in the garbage if you replaced it but you did not care enough at all to even say you're sorry and own the mistake that you guys made as a company worst customer service ever read more

I just wanted to let everyone know my experience. After reading these reviews I wanted to make sure All Star was acknowledged for excellent service tonight. The last time I ordered, there was a problem which I did not report at that time. So I explained to the manager tonight what happened to my order last time, and she went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect. I do not live close, but they delivered to my home in about 30 min., that is amazing for a Friday night. The manager also called me to make sure I was happy with my order, and I told her it was the best pizza I have had from them! I do live close to Dominos, Pizza Hut, and Papa Johns. All Star put these guys to shame! I want to acknowledge Tiffany and Lisa for their excellent service! Ya'll are awesome!!! I would have posted a pic, but we ate it all! :-) read more

Pizza is very average for takeout in Fountain. Very comparable to big chains but price is a lot better. They usually have a lot of specials for takeout on the daily. Sometimes they tell you it's 15 minutes when it's more like 30, so I usually show up around 25 minutes for take out. I have only ever had takeout, but there is usually a few people eating in when I am picking up my order. read more

We moved to Fountain a few months ago and were looking for a pizza place that was not only reasonably priced (Pizza Hut, Dominos are not) when we stumbled on this place. We have tried all of their various pizza crusts, along with some of their other offerings (they have sandwiches and other yummies) and we just love them! Worst. Pizza. I've. Ever. Had. When I am trying a place I have not tried before I always go with plain cheese pizza. If you're cheese pizza isn't any good, then it's likely it will all be the same. This pizza arrived luke warm, and the best way to describe it would be if you took a 7-11 slice and left it out overnight, then popped it in the microwave the next morning for just 15 sec. It had very lite sauce and I would be shocked if it was made to order. It seemed as if it had been sitting around all day and was then reheated. On a scale of 1 to 10, I gave this a 1.4. I do not recommend. Save yourself some money and just go grab a 7-11 pie, which is 10x better than what I received. read more

I ordered a 5 topping pizza, picked it up, and discovered when I got home it was a cheese pizza. I called in the problem, but was told that there was nothing they could do since it was a web order. The web order confirmed I ordered a 1-5 topping pizza (all supposed to be the same price), but the management said it didn't count if I could not see the list of toppings I ordered. I had no reason to expect the order would echo my choices. So I got stuck with a so-so cheese pizza when everybody was expecting a sausage with extras. Lousy. read more

When this place was Pizza Factory, years ago, it was bomb! Now, it takes about as good as dominoes. The crust is like cardboard, cheese isn't melty and stretchy. We have an HOA meeting tomorrow with an attendance of 60 to 80 people. A budget of $400. I decided to call ahead and get everything pre-ordered so they had all of the information and all of the supplies prepared for delivery. The lady we talked to was accommodating and super helpful. However, when I asked for 80 paper plates and napkins, I was put on hold and the owner came on and was incredibly rude and incredibly snarky. In fact, he raised his voice saying he would charge me for every single paper plate, and napkin we would use. Now granted that's fine because we actually have a budget but now it became principal when I was planning on paying way more for pizzas and shopping local. That was the entire intent when every year we've done Domino's. I cannot believe the insanely poor customer service from a "local business owner". I asked, would you provide us plates and napkins if we came to your restaurant ? Had we all decided to go into your restaurant and eat and he said "yes of course you're eating in my restaurant but you're getting a delivery so no I'm not just giving you 80 plates and napkins." I'm confused as to why we aren't allowed to have something so little and you're making such a big deal out of it and he hung up. I own a retail business for 14 years so far. I've been in the restaurant industry for over 20 years. Never in my life would I treat someone whose planning on purchasing 400 dollars worth of food from a place with this level of disrespect. In fact, if he would have phrased it in a kind manner instead of yelling at me when I asked for such a simple request much of this situation would've been different now instead of shopping local, which was the whole entire point of leaving dominoes we're going back to dominoes because they have no problem, handing us some paper plates and napkins. Since I know you'll be seeing this, sir, I highly recommend the book "give 'em the pickle" it would do you some good in your customer service skills and what battles to fight over. The pizza outer crust was done but the main crust was doughy. It wasn't good. I've come in before plenty of times before and was good I never complained. Today is was gross. My friends kid had a cookie that was both dry and not fully cooked. I called them and pretty much they told me i could have a discount next time. There definitely won't be a next time. No thanks. We ordered a bacon ranch pizza with Parmesan garlic chicken wings. The order came promptly and arrived hot which was good. But the actual food was pretty bad. The pizza tasted like they Literally squirted kraft ranch on it. The pizza reminded me a lot of freezer pizza. The chicken and bacon were pretty good though. The "chicken" wings we got tasted like frozen reheated chicken nuggets. They had no flavor and we're very processed. Maybe they messed up the order and gave us the wrong thing.
