The office managers and staff in East Brunswick especially Daniella is beyond unprofessional when I explained to her that I manager a medical office and this is not the way you handle a situation your staff messed up on her response is WHAT KIND OF OFFICE DO YOU MANAGE " even thought I answered what does it matter. She continued to tell me that if I showed up in her office with my son my appointment would be canceled I am wasting my time. I have to see the doctor he previously saw in only old bridge . The procedure itself went as expected and the recovery was consistent with what he described to me. My biggest concern was that I was going to California for my daughter's surprise birthday in August, my surgery was scheduled for September and I was returning to California for Thanksgiving. I wanted to look natural. Dr. Miller assured me that people would say I looked well rested and refreshed. That is exactly what I was told! No one believes that I am 72 years old..... Dr. Miller's staff is wonderful and Dr. Miller always makes himself available to his patients. I am very pleased with the results and have recommended him on several occasions and will continue to do so.

He said it will fix your breathing issues and fix your crooked nose. Unfortunately during the surgery he broke it in the wrong place so instead of one bend in my nose, I know have three; the original bend, the break he created at the bridge, and because the nose is so displaced and the skin is so tight that the end of nose (the non-boney part) now bends in another direction. My nose literally looks like a pretzel. But it gets worse, my nose is so tight that my nasal passage collapse when I breathe so I still have breathing issues, the pores on my nose are spreading open because the skin is so tight, my glasses fit crooked because he broke it just below the bridge, it swells whenever I exercise, I get frequent headaches, and the skin is stretched on my nose that I burn in any sunlight. When I went back to the office, he acted (or not) like he knew nothing about my circumstances. I went to other doctors who were appalled to hear that he took no xrays and could get it so wrong. Dr. Miller's only solution was for me to pay $6000 out of my pocket for a rhinoplasty. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR. Call me and I'll give you all the information you need about my situation so you can avoid making the same mistake I did. Find another doctor and avoid the disaster that I am still suffering with.

I've been using Dr. Ridlovsky for a few years now and feel that she is considerate, respectful and…read moreknowledgeable. She is also very thorough and listens to you. I came to her with what I felt was a urinary tract infection. She did a urine test right in her office and suggested that I first take a pill over the counter since the symptoms had subsided. But she also prescribed a pill more potent in case the symptoms reappeared. I just filled the prescription and started taking it hoping it will disappear when I finish the bottle. I also feel that her staff is courteous and on top of things. I was also seen the same day I called and I did not have to wait but maybe 10 minutes in the waiting room. One last thing - Yes, Dr. Ridlovsky speaks English with an accent but she is clear and very decipherable.
