Typically Zachary sees our Bella and is very thorough and explains everything. Techs have all been amazing and show compassion with our pups. Yesterday we took Bella in for her annual check up and some vaccines. The doc we had wasn't one we had before but she literally spent less than 5 minutes with us. Didn't ask us any questions. Just was quick, administered the vaccines and took off and her tech took over the rest. $80 for what? It's not like she was super busy,overbooked or behind. Appointments are what? 30 mins? I even made a comment to the tech how crazy quick that was and she replied saying well we don't want to keep you here all day. I get that and appreciate that. But 5 mins? Just the lack of any sense the doc cared is what bothered me the most. We live in a 15 mile radius of 8 Lovet locations so I guess we will try another location next time. Suggestion for the App developers: Please add the dogs vaccine history and transaction history on our profiles. It will help allow us that have to budget to plan our expenses better.

Vet was seen multiple times relating to this illness and it wasnt until we saw Dr Chen who perfomed a simple xray to find a giant cancer missed on ultrasound exam twice. This clinic should not charge for services they can not perform or diagnose. This is the second time this clinic has mis-diagnosed one of my pets when they were having life threatening issues. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Sadly, we will be looking for a new provider as PALS is no longer family owned and operated. They have not updated this site in quite some time apparently. In the last 18-24 months we have watched the cost of services more than double since the corporation took control. The staff is still incredible but the cost is just too steep. A ferret cremated in Jan 2022 was $115. The same service for another in May 2023 was $245. Today, as we prepare for another to cross over, I was quoted $258. I was told that prior to the corporation taking over they offered a "pocket pet" rate. This is no longer offered. Very disappointing.

Even though I knew this moment was coming, no one can truly be prepared to wake up to find your beloved pet has passed away overnight. It was very difficult emotionally to process the loss, let alone trying to figure out what to do with his body. I called a few places that I found online, but the only person to call me back was Desmond (in 10 minutes no less!). He was able to drive over to our house right away. Desmond was kind, supportive, and very helpful. When he gave us his business card, I noticed a photo of one of his Dobermans on the card. It felt like a sign from above that my little Joey was going to be well taken care of. When Joey's ashes were ready, Desmond drove the remains back to our house and delivered the most wonderful package. The urn is a gorgeous wood box, and the clay paw print comes with a small display stand. Some of Joey's fur was also included in a little glass bottle. The note from the cremation center said a tree was planted as well. I've had other pets cremated in the past, but this is by far the most beautiful package I've seen. The woman who called to arrange the delivery of Lucy's ashes was incredibly gentle and compassionate. I'm so sorry I didn't get her name, because the way she spoke to me and handled such a painful conversation meant more than she probably realizes. Today, Paul delivered Lucy's ashes, and he was equally wonderful, kind, respectful, professional, and very mindful that what he was bringing to me wasn't simply a package. He was bringing my little girl home. When you've loved a dog for so many years, their remains aren't just "ashes," and the people entrusted with their final care matter tremendously. Every interaction I had with this company made me feel that they understood that. There is no way to make any of this easy, but there is a way to handle the people grieving with tenderness, dignity, and humanity. This company did exactly that. Any pet-owner can attest to the depth of despair they feel when they have to say goodbye, so having someone there to help dispel any confusion was such a blessing. They went above and beyond. Fast forward to today, 11-29-25. I called Entrusted Pets right when they opened at 9am and the call was answered by someone who responded in a manner that did not align with what I've come to expect from Entrusted Pets. I explained how my 11-year old German Shepherd was diagnosed with cancer and we were told she had maybe a week left. I asked if they still offered assistance with setting up the euthanasia and I was told no. I was then told that a vet would have to come to my place, and we would then have to bring our dog's body to them for the cremation. This is in stark contrast to my previous experiences where I could bring my pet to their facility, say goodbye, and they took care of everything after that. But today, there was no understanding, no support - it was very clinical and matter-of-fact. The entirety of the call lasted exactly one minute, and that included me asking all my questions. Unfortunately, this place isn't what is used to be. Instead, I'll just find a Vet to come to my home - as suggested - and take it from there.
