A white t-shirt happened to fall into the load, and when I pulled it from the dryer I was stunned to see--holding it up against another identical white t-shirt--that it had become a dingy shade of pink. While lights and darks don't get washed together as a rule, this now made me wonder how much the coloring of the JE sweatshirt had bled into other dark garments I had washed with it in the past and subtley changed their color, too. I think I'll give JE products a miss altogether in the future.

I'm 78, when I get those kinds of comments, and the price is well-within my budget I'd be a fool to leave it on the rack. The fabric is nice and soft the color is a warm muted Glen Plaid with yellow and light brown threads, very "sunny" looking, reminding me of what LA must be like (I've never been there). It is single-breasted, 2 buttons, no vents so it hangs beautifully straight in back. I just love it. It is a jacket that makes me look wonderful, accents my narrow waist and broad shoulders. These days, that tailoring artistry isn't found anymore on the racks at least. I can't review the store, never been there, but the product in this case is really wonderful and I'm fairly sure the current ones are also exceptional. The good things in life, often stay that way. Thanks, jay Wolf and Co. for a fine product and I'll enjoy "feeling California" when I wear this lively-looking jacket here in Seattle amidst all the grey clouds! :)

I was greeted by an employee who said "sorry, we don't have the tools to fix that here" and told me that not only could I not return the jeans, but I had to call customer service to see if they'll allow this (manufacturing defect) to be returned or repaired, in which case I'd have to mail the jeans in. If this is Levi's return/repair policy for manufacturing defects, this is unfortunately the last time I'll be shopping with Levi's.

My husband and I arrived 15 minutes before closing, already knowing which shoes we wanted to see. A young male employee approached us and rudely asked what we needed. Despite his attitude, we politely asked to see the shoes. He returned with a box and said, "Here," but when my husband opened it, it was the wrong pair. My husband approached him and said, "Excuse me, we wanted to see this shoe," and the employee responded with, "IT'S THE SAME STYLE?!?!" My husband replied, "No, it's not," and showed him the difference. The employee then began to apologize, saying he didn't know. My husband told him that if he didn't want us there, he could've just said so, and if he didn't want to help, then he shouldn't have offered. This employee should not be working in customer service. We came in ready to buy three pairs, but because of the poor service, they lost our business--and earned this review instead. To the store manager: Please let this employee know that good service goes a long way. We've shopped here before and had a much better experience. This review isn't meant to bash the store, but to point out that the wrong employees can seriously damage the reputation of a small business.
