Farmacopia is great! Love the Reishi Roast mixed with my coffee for an exotic flavor and a nice lift. Keep it up Lily and all!

I do find their prices to be high on the Reishi roast, etc., but its probably because these are top-notch.

But that's true at the "big" WF over at Coddingtown Mall, too. You have to be familiar with the item and other stores to know if that's a great deal or not. I appreciate how much the produce department carries, especially, as that's most of my shopping list. I remember back when the store used to be "Food for Thought" in the late 90s which was also a nice little shop. Happy New Year everyone. Cheers

Whole Foods sure has changed. I used to love the store and shop here several times a week. The…read morecustomer service staff have somehow become pretty surly. They don't really wanna help you and someone needs to tell them it doesn't cost anything to smile or be nice. How can you get a job in customer service and not be pleasant to the customers? Today I went to purchase about 6 pounds of cheese for a cheeseboard I'm taking to a large party. They refused to cut any of the wheels of cheese, which were sitting right there. I would have had to literally buy three or 4 ounces at a time. What would a cheeseboard look like for a large group of people? I would literally have had 24 -30 different slices of cheese. Not what I was hoping to find. I can't wait for the new Oliver's to open on farmers Lane. I will not darken the door here again.

When I…read moredo visit, I usually get their English-style scones for afternoon tea with my friend and desserts for birthdays. I really like their tiramisu and actually came by just yesterday for their Tiramisù Friday deal. My friend loves it too, so I'm getting it again this time for her birthday. They also have frozen, ready-to-bake croissants and other pastries, which is pretty nice. I personally prefer freshly baked goods instead of just reheated ones. I didn't take any pictures, but I did check out the produce section and they have a great selection of organic vegetables with really good quality. I also like their Amazon return service--very efficient and quick. Whole Foods is definitely on the pricier side, so I don't come here often, but they do offer a nice selection with solid quality overall.

They have both!!! And they have two other flavors of the spritz. Their wine and spirits section is well-stocked with lots of great local options. The employee working in that section stopped his conversation with another employee to guide me to both options. He told me about his favorite drink made with those drinks, which are made in Napa. And we chatted about the non-alcoholic options that WF stocks. I continued on my way to grab other groceries. Found organic produce, Del Real dates (the best! And the only dates I'll buy), and Perfect Bars. I'll be back when I'm in the area.

It was critical to me that I find a nutrition professional who could help me address this issue directly and effectively--Andy has been exactly that. I opted for his month long program and I am so glad I did. Andy carefully took stock in my circumstances, preferred eating habits, and made things easy. I thought gestational diabetes would land me on Planet Sucky Foods and make meal prep a hellish chore, but with Andy's help it didn't. I quickly discovered that not only could I reduce my carb intake easily, but I could find smart alternatives that were not only more nutritious, but readily accessible. Andy has been exactingly professional, easy to work with, reliable, and FUN. He never took a holier than thou approach to food and nutrition with me either. My habits were pretty good to start and he knew exactly where to take me from there. Down to Earth and approachable, I would recommend him to anyone who values their health, understands that investing in themselves = investing in their future, and gets that seeing a real professional will beat the pants off of anything you could try and patch work together yourself off of lame Dr. Google.
