Nobody runs this place, but the maintenance man who lives on the property there is no office nobody to talk to about these problems this place is so dirty. They also take money still from somebody who overdosed in the apartment and they haven't seen since and they left all his belongings in the apartment and they're just taking money from his bank until the bank runs out of money this place does everybody so dirty and they don't care about nobody. I regret moving here. They also lied about my pricing of my apartment. They're trying to charge me an $87 move-in fee as of today and I paid a $330 move-in fee days before I bought the apartment and I paid 150 for gas trash, electricity and water and $15 for renters insurance now they're trying to charge me $34 for renters insurance and a $87 move-in fee and I have yet to see how much my apartment will be but I will keep you guys updated. I hope this place gets tore down. Every single building is infested with roaches. It is disgusting. And lakeside living is the management now so you would think they would have people out here to take care of the place and fix stuff nope!!! They're just as bad and never answer their maintenance request or any calls or text. My shower has been broke since I moved in July 1st. Let's all just pray this place gets tore down. It's very quiet, clean and welcoming. It's actually feels like a single-family one-story home. It's very spacious and the huge 2 car garage is a bonus! The appliances are much smaller than we'd like though. The main tub and master bedroom shower are ridiculously very small, however; we are learning to live with these downfalls. No community is 100% perfect of course, however; we are glad to call Redwood our home. We had an option to move elsewhere not too far from here, however, due to the open floor plan with cathedral ceilings we chose here and are glad we did. The monthly food trucks are very appreciated for those nights I don't cook dinner (which is very few). The office manager, "Lonnie" and his team are very professional, friendly and business oriented. I love the way this office is ran. I have been a customer service professional for over 30 years, so I, personally appreciate it when I see others providing the same level of good customer service to others, especially my husband and I. The maintenance guy is absolutely the best! He is friendly, prompt and attentive. The turnaround time is stellar (1 day or less)! This sets this community apart from others, the wait time for maintenance requests at our previous community was 3-4 days. Overall, we are super satisfied living here, and plan to call Redwood our home for a long time. It's a lot of things we will never compromise on when living somewhere, some being: comfort, convenience, and quietness, and this is exactly what we found at Redwood :).

I checked the portal within the next few says with a $0 balance . Them they come sending my final bill stating I owned over $2,000 . Charges were for breaking the lease , carpet repair 1,400, glazing if 2 tubs and $260 . Court fees ??? ....
