We just went through the drive-thru, we ordered and the lady repeated our order correctly, once we got to the window she gave us a médium size drink and when we let her know we ordered a large, she took our drink and changed it but had an attitude , we overlooked that and asked for ranch and thousand island dressing and she rolled her eyes at us and gave us our food in a very rude way. The employees name was Erica , as someone who worked in the fast food business it's so important never to take your problems to work and if you do you shouldn't be attending customers you should be in the back. I visited the Farmer Boys on Hesperia Rd & Nisqualli in Victorville around 9:20 p.m. on 10/6/2025 and had a horrible customer service experience. When I received a kids meal instead of the Junior Bacon Cheeseburger Combo I ordered, I politely asked about the mix-up. The drive-thru employee, Melissa, responded rudely, said she "didn't take the order," and left the window The manager on duty corrected my order, but later falsely accused me of calling him a "Fag" which I absolutely did not. It was a very unprofessional and uncomfortable experience. I hope corporate reviews this incident and ensures staff receive proper customer service training. I came in today to this location and had a hiccup, we ordered 2 Bacon Boys. The meat was raw and uncooked. I spoke to the manager Hector who was more than happy to address the issue and concerns. They were more than willing to try and make up for issues. Hector was able to reassure me that they would do the best they can to assist with the situation. I was able to get my order re-made and they were able to add extra fries. The second shift manager Jessica I believe; was also easily able to assist and accommodate for the issue. To be fair, this is fast food but it's not very fast. However, it is actually good food that takes a little longer because it is fresh! Service at the window is always pleasant though once I did have a missing item I noticed before driving away and a soda that I had to go back for. I've never been inside the restaurant but from the window it looks cozy with tables and lots of space. I'm always on a rush and the drive through is the easiest for me to go to with a truck full of kids. The breakfast platter is a huge hit with my two oldest growing sons and the mini skillet is great for my little girls. The avocado burger is popular among items we order often here. My favorite item on the menu is the fried zucchini. This has the best giant sticks of fresh zucchini. One order will last me two separate snacks! The French fries are good. The chicken tenders are crunchy and the toast is a perfect side. The chicken sandwich is amazing. Grilled or fried, I just can't get anything either the sourdough, I'm not a fan. We have had almost everything off the menu here but I haven't ordered a salad yet, I plan to soon since I know their ranch is homemade and perfect. Worst farmer boys I've ever been to the staff is rude and unhelpful. I went and tried to order through the QR code on their tables for a quicker meal then the staff told me they didn't get my order even though I had the proof it had taken out of my bank account they told me it had nothing to do with them and there was nothing they could do. I ended up ordering at the register again praying the money just returns and the food was unseasoned and not worth the high prices. Two medium burger meals for 40 after tax is ridiculous! For the last 3 visits totaling north of $60, each burrito is wrong. For 3 of the burritos I asked that they hold the pico de gallo and on the 4th, easy pico de gallo. Each and every time they all have TONS of pico de gallo. But I think they have some game going among the cooks because they'll add or subtract another ingredient. For example, I ordered 4 Hog Heaven burritos and one of them had no ham, another had no potatoes and the third no cheese.....the fourth no meat at all! Like wtf!? We only eat at farmer boys a few times a year, but their menu prices are out of control. A sourdough chicken sandwich is $18.59 with fries. When did prices like this become acceptable? Our bill was $54 for 2 kids chicken tender meals, a big cheeseburger and a chicken sandwich meal. If you read through my other reviews, I am fair and honest. The drive through takes 15+ minutes to get from ordering to the pickup window. I get prices go up, but this will be the last time we eat here. There are few times when I enjoy beef burgers... or any beef at all! Recently though, due to staying home mostly, I have had drive-thru burgers more in the past few months than in the past few years!! With that given fact, the taste for it... grows with each burger and stays fresh on my palette! Haha. Basically, they have awesome burgers. I love their whole mission and story. Moreso, the fries. This morning was my first time ever trying Farmer Boys! I ordered some new breakfast burrito that the woman suggested (bacon, sausage, game, eggs, and potatoes) it was actually REALLY GOOD. I signed up for their e-club, which includes 5$ off of ANYTHING (yas) The burrito was 11.00$ (omg) and with the coupon I paid 4.50!! (yas x2) IT WAS BOMB! I was so shocked that it was as big as my thigh, and I had half for breakfast and the other half for lunch LOL......but...I don't know if I'd ever pay 11$ for one. So please scan your receipt before you leave the drive-thru! I have a family so coupons, rewards, discounts etc. all help! Owner Melissa does not care so I place no blame on the employees.
