Aside from noticing that they seem to skimp when dealing with tow companies. Like every time we've needed a tow it has been an absolute nightmare, including 4 hour average wait times. But the real reason for my review is the following: we recently added a new car to our policy and it shot up from $250/mo range to $650/mo. Now I was not advised of this until it was too late and my autopay had gone through. And this is because they were all off for like 3 weeks for the holidays. Now first of all, who is going to pay $7500/yr for auto insurance ? Secondly though, how can you not advise a client of this increase ? If you have time to issue the policy, find the time to reply to emails and give a price. And why would we, a family with homeowners, umbrella, and already 3 cars insured, have to pay this much/mo ? No claims, nothing. And the real kicker is that we can't be reimbursed because we don't have evidence of other insurance going back to that time ? Seriously ? They are simply not taking care of their clients. Don't go here. A consolation, Simone ended up helping us out and at least left a decent note on the experience.
