I emailed yelp back asking for them to clarify their reporting process because they deleted my previous reviews for AAA and nobody got back to me, so I will continue to share what happened to me when Erin S. was involved at the Bakersfield branch. In 2023 after paying me out for the damages their party caused, they sent a report to LexisNexis and failed to identify who was at fault (clearly not me). I received a letter from my current insurance provider in 2026 stating i had a nonchargeable at fault accident because the report was incomplete. I called and worked with LexisNexis to dispute this and even they acted surprised an insurance company would make such a mistake to leave that information out on a report. This matters because the information on the report could have affected my eligibility and rates for car insurance from 2023 to 2026. It took over 30 days to get this disputed.  Businesses making careless mistakes to mess with people's finances should absolutely be called out.

First time ever I was very happy the agents assisted everything was processed quickly. I canceled my AAA policy because they raised my monthly premium without notice. ( no accidents) They just told me they were charging me more because the law changed and I was getting better coverage, which was not true . later on I canceled my roadside assistance because I got roadside assistance through my partners plan. He bought it for me from same company AAA . Then I get a phone call saying that in three months they would cancel my policy if I didn't get roadside assistance, I was furious and I said enough. Thank you Geico. I'm very pleased I was very happy. I even got the extra coverage because it was affordable. Very happy that this company treats its consumers like people, does not take advantage of them .

Great if you are not in an accident but as soon as you are in an accident even when the other party is at fault, good luck. They keep jerking me around to keep whatever money they can. They got me Alliance United Insurance and keep telling me contact them and they will handle it but you have to do everything yourself. Alliance only answers their phones when they get new claims and that's it. Terrible, terrible experience. Almost 4 months after my accident and still trying to resolve the mess. Because I don't have a paper that says exactly that my car was totalled, I am running through hoops just to save a few months payments even though I have payment papers and the claim number. Please watch out and save yourself.
