They messed up on my birthdate on my life insurance policy and just realize that they had the date wrong this entire time. I requested them for them to change it and it took hoops and hurdles just to get to anyone. Asking them questions in their office is a mission. You get passed around by different people not knowing what to do. There have been a few changes throughout the course of my stay with them and asking them to fix simple mistakes on their end that they screwed up on was like pulling teeth. Their service was so bad and had a couple of run-ins with the staff there being so rude; Erika C., Justine E., Maureen, to name a few...I've spoken to Alex, Mark, Roberto in the past as well and service was nonexistent. I removed myself from the carrier entirely. When I told them I wanted out, they didn't care one bit. They showed no interest whatsoever. They could care less. I've been with them for many years and did nothing to help or say any last words. Not the kind of reps you'd want handling your policies. I tried to change reps/office because of the lack of customer service but I decided to change carriers entirely. I found out that we were being charged additional/extra for something that was unnecessary or not needed. We were paying that extra for many years! They did this with my entire family who have also been with them for many years. How crooked. They're supposed to be helping you save money, yet banking on added fees without telling you perhaps for their personal gain. They also do not send out memos or notices when anything have lapsed or care to contact regarding important matters. I don't recommend this office. They are unhelpful and do not bother to care.

I had recently was required by my mortgage holder to buy flood insurance due to a revision of flood map. Bernardo was able to find me t great flood quote, in short order. He also showed much patience spending time on the phone with me and mortgage holder representative explaining coverage issues to my mortgage representative. i strongly recommend this agency for your personal or commercial insurance needs.
