I been with this agent for the past 3 years I ended up getting a new policy for my vehicle where they quoted for $280 .. unfortunately over the weekend there not open and had to call State farm costumer services directly where they help me out. When I called my agent they told had told me two different prices were showing in the system where Edgar went ahead and went for the bigger bet of charging me $400 .. where I was quoted before $280. I wasn't very happy with them and decided to leave state farm... im leaving this review because I try calling them to cancel my insurance with them and they decided to blocked & refused to pick my phone calls. I would give a zero star if I could. I have been using Kimberly as our State Farm agent for my entire family home and auto insurances for over 20+ years. She is happy to collect our premiums, but offer no help when we need her on our home insurance claim. State Farm is a horrible insurance company, the adjuster treated their customers in a hostile attitude. The adjuster raised her voice and hang up on me. She refused to listen and did not hold sufficient knowledge to estimate accurately. Even though I filed a complaint with escalation department at State Farm, State Farm makes no effort to reach out and provide any customer service. I was tossed around by another adjuster and two more managers, every time a new representative was assigned, he just sit on my claim and does not follow through. Even with numerous attempts of negotiation over one year and five months, State Farm Insurance still did not include the necessary estimation to cover the repair cost to bring back its uniform pre-loss condition. I am still living in a non functioning house waiting to hear back from State Farm. Don't border to leave phone messages , they will not return your calls. It has been one month passed again, yet no response from State Farm. State Farm plays trick on their customers, this company intended to drag on the claim until it reaches the expiration to keep an open claim. Stay away from State Farm, after I met with different contractors and public adjusters it was known State Farm is the worst insurance company when you need to be insured. read more

My previous agent was Mark Freiburghouse, therefore, he retired and all his clientele was distributed to different agents, and all my policies were assigned to this agency. I usually refer clients to Mark, and I did the same with this agency. I sent an email to this agency with a referral, and no answer was provided. I also request to add an auto to my policy, and it was back and forward phone calls. Customer service add my car, but it was not enroll in my monthly payment, then a separate bill come. I call to find out, the explanation provide was not the most detailed, I contact Kimberly directly, and she find out. When I call to make the payment to State Farm, it was no payment due because it was requested to be combined with my other payment. At the end, it takes me time to make phone calls, and find out the Info needed. I always refer any prospective client to Mark, but not to this agency. It is new, and customer service needs more experience and knowledge of the product. I have been customer of State Farm by 9 years at least, but please, focus on the service. read more
