They are sending "Unlimited Towing," from a city 45 minutes away, who can only jump start, not check the battery or replace the battery. We already cancelled our car/home insurance and changed to State Farm for better communication, better coverage. We now have a specific agent that we can contact with questions. Unlike AAA -- I called once in Texas and ended up with a representative in California, who could not help me. Very disappointed with AAA.
