Today I went because I needed pictures for a claim but the employees weren't there 15 min after opening time and a Fred LOYA representative on the phone told me to come here only to be told that they don't take photos for claims. So they don't open new insurance and don't handle anything to do with claims. Then what the hell do they do just sit there and look at their walls? Then there is only ever one person. Hmmmm Several of their employees are rude, which I did not put up with.
