My mom came here to apply for herself only but some how my dad (who has Medicare - does not need to apply for CC) also received a bill from the insurance company for Coverer California. Meaning, the girl who processed her application applied two people for CC when there should only be one. Second, my mom picked "A" insurance plan and finalized it with paperwork. Some how, both my dad and mom each received a bill from "B" insurance plan, which is much costlier than my mom's previous choice. And plan "B" is "Enhanced PPO Child Only" (wtf..she's 63 yrs old). This makes me wonder if these were innocent careless mistakes or were it intentional due to greed/inner motive? The damage couldn't be fixed completely because my mom already made a payment for plan "B". She came back by herself but somebody else gave her some kind of excuses. I had to visit the office myself the third time with her to get those two major issues fixed. The bonus star was bc the manager of the office called us back later at night to apologize for his staff's mistake. I might post a follow-up rating in two months.
