First request, second request, third request, final request. I would respond to each and everyone of those requests either by calling ITS Account Manager Mr. M P (This guy NEVER returns phone calls), or by talking to a different Mr. M or by faxing information or by asking my insurance agent to contact them directly. My agent would get in touch with them and send them documents needed. At one point I had to call the loan company that contracted ITS to collect insurance information from me just to find out what exactly it is they need DUE TO VERY POOR COMMUNICATION WITH ITS!!! I used SOS Insurance the first year I needed garage insurance, and everything went well. However, after needing to renew COI the second year, they didn't offer a competitive rate when I requested a quote (after having zero claims the first year, it should have gone down quite a bit based on my research). Unfortunately, it did not, so I decided to shop the market before making a final decision, which any business owner would do... I was transparent and shared that I was shopping for more competitive quotes. I received this email from Karen Lopez, which said to move forward with the alternative option and that they were closing my file on 3/24/26. On April 1st, another agent from SOS reached out, and I was still shopping for the most competitive rate. She sent me the best quote at the time, so I decided to move forward and start the paperwork. My current COI was set to expire on 4/8/26. On 4/6/26 (2 days before my current COI expired), Karen Lopez emailed me to say they had forgotten to add the comprehensive to that more competitive quote and noted the increased price. This appeared to be a bait-and-switch tactic by this business, which is illegal in the insurance world, so beware of similar tactics. After declining the increased quote, the CEO/President, Amir F. Tajalli, emailed me, stating that I would be "placed on the do not solicit list" and "not to waste another second on this policy." I've never seen a CEO/President act so unprofessionally, unethically, and condescendingly. Amir's aggressive email was unnecessary as I was just a consumer doing my research. In conclusion, be careful with this company. Seems like a poor business operation and a poor owner on a power trip with insurance... lol! It was extremely frustrating going through this with them, as I take my company more seriously. I'm over it now and just shaking my head and laughing about it, but I definitely want to deter anyone from using this company in the future and dealing with this type of situation.
