Forrest and his team are fantastic! They are always happy to help and go out of their way to help their clients. Being a former team member it was not unusual for me to see Forrest and my other team members go out of their way to provide excellent service. For example, if for some reason a client is unable to make it into the office for their annual review, Forrest will come to them. How convenient is that? Other team members there also go above and beyond by not only giving the clients the coverage they want, but also making suggestions on how they can better protect their assets. I'm no longer within the team, but now that I get to be on the other side of things as a customer I am not a bit surprised by the excellent service that I get. Beware. Highly deceptive and unethical business practices here. After suffering a loss, this office dropped my policy like a hot rock. They are happy to collect your money but if you suffer bad luck, they tear up your policy. On top of this, they overcharged me thousands of dollars for a policy I cancelled with them. Now, after many requests for a refund, they are dragging their feet, claiming the matter is "under review," etc. read more

I opened a new policy in November and Rosten was extremely helpful and patient in helping me with quotes for various options, answering my many questions very clearly, and making sure I got the best rate possible. I didn't expect things to be so smooth, and was pleasantly surprised with how enjoyable the process was. I called again today with a few questions and again Rosten was extremely helpful and made the changes I needed effortless for me. He's also been very quick in following up on email. They offered competitive rates, great advice, appropriate recommendations, and fantastic customer service. When I moved to WA state I needed a local insurance agent. I previously had State Farm, so I found the nearest State Farm agent. All was well for about 2 years, until I decided to get a new car. Before I purchased the car I asked how much my insurance would be for it, and I was quoted a fair price. I looked around at other insurance companies to make sure I was getting a fair price, and I was. I bought the new car, sold my old car, and everything seemed alright. It took a couple months to get the new insurance cards, but I wasnt worried about that. About 3 months after I got my new car, my rates went up about $10, apparently because the insurance finally kicked in on my new car, which is troublesome... was I driving around for 3 months with a policy that wasn't covering the right car? So, my insurance was about $10/month more than I was quoted at. I didn't argue too much about that as it was still a competitive price. Then, 6 months after I purchased my new car I got another notice in the mail with a new price for my premium. This was 150% of what I was told my rate would be before I bought the car. Forrest claims this is because my multi-car discount was removed... even though I only had 2 cars for 2 weeks and the old car was sold 6 month previously. I did not have that extra money in my budget, as I had planned on paying 50% less than I was being charged. Needless to say, I switched to Progressive (for a rate less than I was originally quoted at) as soon as I could and canceled my policy with state farm, which was confirmed in Forrest's office. 10 days later, my account was charged for the month, even though I canceled the policy. So now I have been charged double for a policy that I don't even have anymore. To top it off, I went online to my account at State Farm, and since my policy was canceled, I can't manually take my bank account data off of my policy. This is outrageous and I will be reporting it to the Better Business Bureau. I might have to file a report with my bank because of it. I will probably never get State Farm again, although it seems that it might just be this agent in particular. I would not recommend it to anyone. read more
