This place is amazing! The staff is super friendly and attentive, and the food is beyond delicious. It was probably the best burger I have eaten in years!! My husband and I sat at the bar, and enjoyed watching the Arsenal vs Aston Villa futbol game on their two televisions, while the waitress/bartender was extremely efficient at her job. This place stood out as my husband and I were driving down Broad Street after an appointment. It certainly did not disappoint! I had the bratwurst burger with fries, and my husband had the haus burger with fries. Both were fantastic. I wish that I had seen the other sides, because I would have loved to try them! My husband and I decided to give FH a try after I read all the reviews. First of all, standing in line for so long is very annoying especially when there are 2 POS stations and they are only using one, and there seems to be plenty of staff to have another person taking orders. After sitting down we noticed an odd smell where we were and could not figure out what it was, so we moved to a different table. Then the food came. Onion rings, just ok. Not much flavor to them and really thick. I ordered the chili cheeseburger. It was awful, there was so much salt on it that it burnt my tongue to eat it. I told the kid that came to the table, and he took it away and told me they would make a new one. The new one came and it too was way too salty. I did not tell the kid that it was bad, I just wanted to leave at this point. We also tried the chili cheese fries, the chili is just too heavy and not enough cheese. I'm glad we tried this place, but I will not be going back. Overpriced, waiting in line too long, and too much salt. I do have to point out though that the kid tried to make it better by bringing us a free milkshake, which was good. The customer service is good here but the rest of the experience is not the best. read more

This was my last stop heading out of town, and what a stop! Their freakin bacon cheeseburger was the bomb! Meat was flavorful, bacon was perfectly cooked, aged cheddar is awesome, and the bun just made the burger. I can't say enough about this joint. This may be the best burger I've ever had! I have a soft spot for Farmhaus since it fills a very lacking spot in the Augusta food scene, providing quality burgers using locally sourced ingredients. They're part of the restaurant group that runs Frog Hollow and Craft & Vine. I've been here about 8-10 times since they opened so I've been able to try all of their signature burgers as well as a few rotating ones. Sometimes the beef patties can be on the drier side but the accompaniments for each one are varied, work well together, and help moisten the burger. Fries are average in my opinion, many of my friends love the sweet potato tots but I found the inside to be too soft, almost runny. Ambience is very casual. Service is usually fast and polite (you order at the counter and take a number to your table). The beer list (draft and can) is pretty good, although I've seen very little rotation of the list over time. Overall, a nice place to go for a casual quick bite, especially in the Augusta food scene, which is rife with lackluster chain restaurants. read more

Farmhaus is the place to go when you want a good quality burger. Whether it's a plain burger or one of their specialty burgers, you shouldn't be disappointed. My wife is a vegetarian and she loves their vegetarian burger. In my personal opinion ALWAYS PICK THE BURGER THATS WRITTEN ON ITS OWN BOARD, especially if your the adventurous type. Finally got a chance to try this place! The 'pick up a menu as soon as you enter' is a little weird. I felt awkward standing there looking over the menu for the first time, trying to figure it out, as other people were walking in beside me. And do you order at the door or walk up to the register? I still don't get it, but luckily they weren't busy when I went- so I just went to the register. I opted for the build your own burger and totally forgot to add CHEESE. So did my husband, so I wonder if that happens often.. The mustard & bacon jam was delicious. I didn't like all the pepper on my patties, but the condiments made up for that. The fries were good, and you get plenty. My husband and I just shared his fries. The decor and the restaurant being on a corner lot was nice. I can't imagine someone not liking this place..
