This is the most run down mini golf experience I have ever experienced. Surrounded by stagnant water and biting bugs the greens are not maintained ed at all. Do not even think about using the restrooms as they were a disaster and the place was only open for 30 minutes before we arrived. You have to know what you are getting into before going. The place absolutely needs some love -- wish they would install new greens and leaf blow occasionally and that would add a star or two. But now onto the positives: They have plenty of space, multiple courses, they are never packed. The prices are reasonable for Farragut and the Spring break packages are the real deal. For example, 4 rounds of golf, 4 drinks, 2 popcorn, and 100 tokens... for $40. That is awesome. You won't find that elsewhere. Just needs a little love so it can stay around. Came to play in batting cages. They are permanently closed. Decided not I play in arcade more then half games don't work. Not worth coming to. Very disappointed since this was a surprise trip for our kids. I don't suggest this place to anyone. read more

This place is being run so poorly it's really laughable. Half of the machines are broken. They either have an out-of-order sign, eat your tokens, or don't dispense tickets. The whole place is super dirty inside. We were there at opening one day and it was filthy. The bathrooms are worse than a truck stop, one toilet was full of poop...at opening...no excuse for that. I can't believe they serve food here and the health department hasn't shut them down. My kids love the candy crane machine game but the candy it is was so old and hard that it was inedible. read more

Total remodel. Out of 25 games 1/3 did not work and from the 1970's. Put is very outdated and dirty.

First off, let me say that this is the former Putt-Putt location in Farragut in front of the High school. It is under new ownership and this doesn't seem to be a change for the better. When I first arrived there was only one worker. The course had debris all over that made it unplayable in my opinion. With only one person there, it was not going to get cleaned off. They typically offer a special on Saturday mornings; unlimited play for $15.00. This was the option I chose. I had gone online to their website and noticed pictures that appeared to show the course in excellent shape. Unfortunately, this is not the case. The carpets (greens) are worn out and in many cases pulled over the hole blocking part of the hole. On courses 1, and 2, none of the tee pads are glued down. The edges are curled up and don't allow you to get a good start. The water (which winds through the course) is stagnant and covered with pine straw and other debris which has blown into the course area. They repainted all of the rails and covered over the hole number and par number making them difficult to read. This course needs to have about $100,000 worth of needed maintenance and repairs to make it worth playing again. The arcade inside is still in good shape and seems to be functional. I didn't try any of the food or snacks because I had a big breakfast before heading out. I have spent many hours and a lot of money at this course over the years; especially as my son was growing up and we routinely came and played on Saturday's. I don't usually leave bad reviews, but today was a huge letdown. I was volunteering for my kid's class event, and over half the games were broken or not giving tickets. When I asked the staff about it, the girl at the counter just said in a totally indifferent, almost rude, tone, "There's nothing we can do." No apology, no explanation--just attitude. Later, I asked if we could get tokens back for the broken machines, and she told us no and that we had to leave any leftovers behind. Again, no apology or any kindness. We paid to be there and were treated like we were bothering them! If you can't keep the games working, at least hire staff who act like they care! read more

This spot is tucked away below the FHS soccer fields and driving around Don Delfis. I never even knew there was anything back there! Farragut Golf and Games has transitioned from the previous Putt Putt Golf and Games. They have clearly invested in fresh landscaping, some upgraded wood platforms and bridges throughout the courses, and have very friendly staff. There are batting cages but we focused on the mini golf, for which there are three courses to choose from. You go through the building, past the arcade, concessions, and party rooms and head outside counter to pay for golf. The workers were helpful and told us the easiest course (and most stroller/accessibility-friendly) is the far end near the giant giraffe. The course starting near the golf ball is mid-range and the one starting near the counter on a bridge is most challenging. We decided on mid-range. On a Friday evening, it seemed steady with golfers but not so busy that people are waiting on you if you hit the max number of strokes at each hole. This course is pretty straight-forward and doesn't have unique traps, mills, holes that drop down levels, etc. In fact, many of the blockades meant to make the holes more difficult have clearly been removed from the greens (see pics). Some of the holes were deceivingly tough due to the inclines. As long as you go here expecting no-frills mini golf fun, you will still have a good time. The courses are well-maintained and the new landscaping inviting. There are a few challenge wheels sprinkled throughout the courses, which you spin and do whatever challenge it lands on. That's a fun twist. Overall, we had an affordable and fun time! Many families seemed to be having a blast in the arcade area, too. We will be back to try a different course soon! read more

Like all of the other reviews said, this place is just the laughable epitome of mismanagement. Half of the arcade games didn't work, and the air hockey table AND ski ball machines stole our tokens. The employee saw us struggling but didn't offer to help and just watched us get our money taken from us. For gods sakes, the token machine doesn't even work! The putt putt course was full of leaves and half of the obstacles were missing. Nothing against the employee, but EVERYTHING against the owners of this place. It's absolutely embarrassing the way that it is being run. read more

Farragut Golf and Games is SO MUCH fun! We all had a blast! On our first visit (opening day), I won the front 9 and my son won the back 9 of course #1! They have 3 different courses ranging in difficulty. This past Saturday on our second visit, we did course #2. I won the front 9 and my 12yo son and I tied on the back 9. After finishing 18 holes on course 2, we hit up the batting cages.  Once again, we had a blast. Yes the batting cages are older and tend to freeze up and/or throw too high or too low, but you can't expect much from these old-school cages.  They function fine for all intents and purposes and the new owners are trying their best to get them serviced and fixed as best they can. If you are looking for perfectly working, high tech batting machines, then go to House of Sports or something else because these are not them. If you appreciate the old school style where you could possibly die (kidding, kidding) or suffer bodily injury, then these are for you.  I like the actual pitching of a real ball and hitting with a real bat; not some simulated computer nonsense. The arcade games are so fun and not expensive AT ALL. Most only cost one token with the most expensive ones only costing 4 tokens.  They have a lot of different games to choose from. They range from SpongeBob and Skee-Ball to air hockey and racing/shooting games.  There are games for literally ALL ages! Lastly, the food. OMG! The funnel cake fries are AMAZING! They also have the usual popcorn, cotton candy, pizza, and in-house homemade ice cream!  They seriously have a huge variety! My family and I LOVE this place and we think you will too. We have been twice in the last month and a half and plan to go A LOT once the weather gets and stays warmer.  You should give it a try. You won't regret it! read more

Very Very Very awful experience. Today i was here in this exact location today for the first time. No games worked and i think a porta potty would be cleaner then this place. To kick this off the games would steal your tokens and not give you tickets. The lady at the front with long brown hair needs to be nicer! I would ask a simple question such as, "Why did the game take my coins can i please have 4 more" or "My tickets didn't come out." She was so rude and said there's nothing they can do about it just VERY disrespectful as a worker! As we were leaving she never let me get my prize and had a mean tone. Now if you think that's bad the putt putt was even worse! Bees and Wasps everywhere and ticks were everywhere and would get stuck in you. The water is a big hazard my beloved child almost fell in the water. I was here with my girlfriend and she's on the shorter side and this tall guy took her phone and put it in a spot she couldn't reach. To end this tremendous experience, the rude lady put sharpie on your hand. I didn't notice until my child felt sick and her bones were aching because she's allergic to sharpie, it also won't come off of her because it's non friendly permanent marker. 3 weeks in a row, this is absurd, are they going out of business or just really do not care. To whom ever owns this place get your staff a leaf blower and tell teach them there is more to the job than standing in the A/C. Took my 83 year old father with me this trip, he said it can't be as bad as you say, he agrees now. He ordered a mountain dew, and the kid got on his phone and forgot, helped another couple people, then looks up from his phone, I forgot sir what did you want, a mountain dew, and already have paid. We used to go here every week when our kids were young. Haven't been in a long time and surprised how the outside was in such disrepair. The outside needs a lot of cleaning, sweeping, painting and replacement. Water was dirty and it just felt gross. Hardly anyone there. We won't be returning anytime soon. read more

Can speak for the golf, but the batting cages are not working more than they are working. I'm talking about WEEKS at a time not working. If you're lucky enough to find them functional, don't buy more tokens than you'll use THAT DAY, or you'll have money invested in tokens that are useless. Maybe they'll get the batting cages working when the weather turns bad, no hurry I guess when it's summer. read more

Went to celebrate my 2 nephews birthday and after spending over $80 saying it's was disappointing would be an understatement!!! . At least 4 of the machines took our tokens and didn't work, waited in line for long time with 2 young teenagers In charge, that seemed like they hated their job, paid extra for 2 of the older ones to do batting cage to find out they didn't work.... Refused to give us our money back... should I go on? Take my word and don't go!!! read more

Threw a birthday party here and the staff couldn't have been nicer! Super sweet and helpful with everything. Couldn't have asked for a better experience, would definitely recommend for parties. read more
