I asked several times to talk with the dentist to understand what was going on but the dentist declined to talk with me and said I would need to make an appointment. Meanwhile they were aggressively trying to schedule the work on the kids. This all seemed strange so we went for a second opinion. That dentist identified ZERO cavities. I hate to think of what kind of experience we avoided by leaving the Dental Equation. They wanted to put our kids through a lot of pain, not to mention a large expense, and it was completely unnecessary.

What concerned me most, however, was how quickly I was ushered into the financial office to discuss payments and scheduling. It seemed like the focus was more on locking me into costly treatments than on providing genuine care or taking the time to answer my questions. As a new patient, this left me feeling taken advantage of and honestly gave me the impression of a sales pitch rather than a medical visit.
