Fascinations lost a loyal customer today. A few weeks ago I went in and bought a couple pieces of lingerie. Checking out the cashier, Jamie had told me I had 30 days to return anything that did not fit. I was unaware that they even had a fitting room because Jamie did not tell me that there was a fitting room. so I brought the items home to try on and when they did not fit, I kept the receipts and the tags on to return as originally stated within the 30 day period. I come to the store today to return my items within the 30 day period and they tell me that I can't return the $60 worth of lingerie that did not fit. They claim to have a 15 day return. Not a 30 day return period. The assistant manager Mick, who was processing my return, was very kind to me, however, did not grant me a refund. I asked for store credit and was denied the store credit. I understand it's their policy, however, with the power of assistant manager, I would grant a merchandise gift card to a loyal customer, if another employee had made a mistake and gave the customer, the wrong return period date. And now that I've lost $60 I am throwing away the lingerie that does not fit. And I will not be ever returning to the store because I got scammed out of my money and promises of a refund. read more
