This is my wife's favorite consignment for both buying and selling. Price tags consist of three numbers so the item gets cheaper if it sits on the shelf more than a week or two. They have all categories of clothing, toys, home goods, art supplies, games, movies, baby supplies, kitchen goods, creams, shampoos, and lots of surprise items. Not happy. It says they close consignment on Saturdays at 5:00. I showed up at 4:55. They were closed. I made the trip just to consign. If you want your employees to leave at 5:00, then say consignment closes earlier. It's unfair to people who plan their day and schedules around business hours. read more

I enjoy a bargain and I also enjoy getting rid of things we aren't using. So my kids gave me bags of things they weren't wearing and while the staff was evaluating the items - I was able to get some pics of the newly renovated first floor. It's huge. There is a big selection of items from Target and I think the pricing is great. After shopping pulling out onto Rt 272 isn't always easy so be careful-I saw an accident there recently. read more

They didn't accept better brand 1 yr. old clothing, that I had iron, etc. and taken in. You have to go back the same day to pick up what they won't take. The clothes in the store in the Lancaster area one, were not worth looking through. read more

This is a store somewhere between a thrift store and a Target. It's a large store . It's well lit, well marked and fairly priced. Nice selection of merchandise. It gets crowded and parking is plentiful but at times mired because some people choose to park any way and any how they want. The staff and service seem adequate, but they are very busy. My only minus to this is the noise. Between staff using walkie-talkie's, overhead music, and the owl like screeching of children. I feel I need a Tylenol when I leave. read more

I went to the store in East Earl today, March 29, 2024. I purchased a boxed L'Oreal Revitalift cream in the HBA section, and when I opened the purchase it was empty of the cream! The container was inside the box, but the container was bone dry! The receipt clearly says all sales are final. No returns. No refunds. No exchanges. No exceptions. I learned my lesson, unfortunately. :( read more

I think yall forgot you're a secondhand/ discount store. Used to enjoy shopping here for deals but now it's about the same as normal retail prices. Perfect example of a business becoming consumed with greed. Girls clothing section is very similar to goodwill with boutique prices.... I found out about this store from a co-worker, who is also a reseller and takes her unsold merchandise here for consignment. It's a large store with another location in Strasburg PA, known for low prices, especially for kids clothes. However they also sell furniture, household, and clothing for the entire family. I consigned here now twice. They have a good system in place for consigners, you check in, fill out a form and label it on your box or container (no trash bags allowed) and come back before the end of the day to pick up your unwanted items. There is a fee if you don't pick up your items the same day they are dropped off. They accept items the same hours they are open and have a separate entrance and short term parking. They even provide carts to load your items. Before coming check their website to see what they're currently accepting. They use a website and provide log in information for you to view what they accept - which is usually uploaded in a few days - what sold, and how much your balance is. The first time I consigned the process was flawless, although they only took a few things. I don't know what what the sale price was, but I will say their profit is a higher percentage than yours. Only two of ten items did not sell and dropped off my list at the end of the consignment period. I'm assuming they pulled and donated, or have on clearance and are keeping 100% of the profile. For the items that did sell I literally received yard sale profits, about a $1 or less per item. To me it was still a good option. The second time I knew the process and did everything correctly on my end. However they put my items on someone else's account and it took repeat calls to get it resolved, which relied heavily on the other party confirming what was hers. I didn't have the opportunity to do that and have to take their word for it. For the store itself I was organized but I felt too cluttered and busy. It gets very crowded especially with families with kids. There was too many people there that killed my desire to actively shop. Prices were in line with other consignment shops for clothing, which surprised me that my profits were so low. I did walk around and look at the housewares. They were nice, many new, but not especially cheap. It appears that many are Target products, prehaps from Target pallet buyers or returns. Overall cheaper than shopping retail, higher priced than thrift, and a good option for people satisfied with receiving yard sale profits for their items without the work. read more

Went to Fashion Cents in Ephrata, Pa about a year ago and commented that the women's clothing was so tightly packed in, I couldn't even push the hangers aside to look at anything. The owner said she would talk to the employees about it. Went in today and nothing has changed. Sardines are packed more loosely than the clothing. Will not be back. read more

I would not recommend anyone consign to this shop. First of all, no matter what day of the week or what time of day or how few items you bring in, they are THE slowest employees ever going through your things. This past Saturday it took them 2 hours to sort through 2 bins and I was shocked that they took NOTHING and left a note on the bins saying something like "outdated items". They were mugs and knick knacks, a barely used and fantastic coffee maker, a paper towel holder, kids' DVDs, etc. What kind of mug or paper towel holder is outdated? Maybe I wouldn't have been as annoyed had I not just spent a couple of hours browsing largely JUNK in their store, including a plaque and a t-shirt with missing letters on them, ratty used bras, old looking makeup, dirty shoes, etc. Yet they suddenly had standards when they got to MY stuff. I'll never consign here again and definitely won't shop here. read more
