I drove back to the store based on that information, only for the manager to refuse the return because the tag wasn't attached. So I wasted my time and gas because your employees gave me incorrect information, and instead of taking responsibility for the mistake, the manager simply turned me away. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. The staff clearly aren't trained consistently, and the manager had no interest in helping resolve a problem that your own employee created. Customer service should be about finding solutions, not making customers pay for your team's mistakes. I won't be shopping here again, and I definitely wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.

I walked past her, and after several seconds, I said hello. Her response seemed forced and annoyed hello. Five or ten minutes later, her coworker came from the back to clock out. No acknowledgment from her either. It was just the two of us in the store. I perused the whole store looking at the outfits. Not once did this salesperson ask me if I needed help or acknowledge my existence. She ignored me the whole time. With employees like her, it is no surprise why retail stores shutter. She was a horrible representative for this store. I could have purchased many of the clothes, however, I chose to leave and made my purchases online. If I am treated in such disrespectful manner, why would I give this store and their horrible staff my hard earned money?

The quality is unparalleled, but hands down I fell in love with the Vixen shop because of their sweet, lovely shop manager, Lisa. She is so warm and welcoming - has gone above and beyond to help me find the right size and encourage me to try new styles. She is absolutely the sweetest. I'd say I'm going to miss her, BUT I heard they will be opening a new store for their sister brand, La Femme En Noir, that Lisa will also run. Let me just say: she BETTER! To me, she is as iconic to the brand as Micheline herself! These gorgeous clothes will surely be missed, but I'm truly hopeful that the closing of the Vixen brand, will be an expansion of LFEN. It has absolutely been a beautiful experience while it's lasted, and thanks to the incredible workmanship of the Vixen brand, I am confident I will continue to enjoy my amazing frocks for years and years to come. I had no intention to return the item only a price adjustment. I offered to repurchase the item back at which she refunded me the amount I paid and come back to repurchase it. I had a very disappointing experience at the Nike Glendale store…read more I brought an online order to the store for a return on the 60th day after the delivery date, which is within Nike's published return policy. The store manager refused to accept my return, insisting that their store counts 60 days from the order date, not the delivery date. I explained that Nike's website clearly states the return window is based on the delivery date, but she replied, "That's my store policy," and told me to call customer service if I didn't agree. I called Nike Customer Service, but unfortunately the first representative incorrectly supported the store manager. To verify the policy, I called two other nearby Nike stores, and both confirmed that the 60-day return period starts from the delivery date. I then called Nike Customer Service again and spoke with a different representative, who also confirmed that the official Nike policy is based on the delivery date. I took my items to another Nike store, where they accepted my return immediately with no issues. This experience was incredibly frustrating and a waste of my time. Customers should not have to make multiple phone calls or drive to another store because a manager doesn't know or doesn't follow Nike's own return policy. I hope Nike provides better training to ensure customers receive accurate information and consistent service across all stores.
