Enjoyed my scalp treatment there! Jennie was fantastic. Booking my appointment online was easy and I was greeted warmly by the woman at the front desk. It was interesting to see what my scalp looked like before and after the treatment. My hair has never felt softer and lighter. The space was very clean and quiet. Jennie also completely dried my hair at the end of the appointment which was very much appreciated. She was even kind enough to help me with my winter coat. Only downside of the experience was the sink clogged at the end and I was left laying there with wet hair for several minutes while multiple employees stood talking over me. Racist! My daughter and I arrived 10 minutes early for our appointments and were told to wait. We watched two clients--one even arriving late--get taken before us. We didn't get called until 13 minutes after our appointment time and were placed at the least nice stations. Only one staff member worked on both of us at the same time, going back and forth. I had to get up and ask what was going on, and after more waiting, another employee finally came--but by then we were stressed and couldn't relax. Despite starting late, our service was cut short and ended at the same time as clients who started earlier. At the end, the receptionist blow-dried my daughter's hair, while we had seen another client being attended by multiple staff members. As the only Hispanic clients there, the difference in treatment felt noticeable and upsetting. Overall, disorganized, racist, rushed, and not worth it. Would not return. read more

After a few days settling into my new hair cut there are some realizations I have. 1. When my hair was washed it was SCRUBBED. Around 3-4 rounds of washing and rinsing my hair, so much so my scalp felt scratched raw and my hair felt dry all this week. 2. I went with a friend for the therapeutic scalp treatment. It was extremely relaxing but it would have been nice to know what was being done or what to expect that's the only reason I took a star off. after the treatment they show you your scalp again too see the improvement and did two more treatments one was a comb attached to a machine of some sort and the second was some type of light treatment but we weren't told what they were or what they were for. When I go back I'll probably do a shorter treatment as I have trouble laying flat for that long without getting lower back strain. read more

I just got a 70min scalp massage/wash/treatment here and it was amazing! I came here with 2 of my girl friends and we all were in a curtained off area. They show you ur scalp before and after and tell you some of the issues they see with your scalp! The scalp wash and massage itself was super relaxing, the girl that did mine was super gentle. The 70min treatment came with massages to ur upper head area, facial treatment, and head massages with scalp wash! The service was awesome, and you're in a very quiet and relaxing environment during the entire duration. One thing I wish would be for them to recommend how to take care of my scalp with the issues they notice vs recommending just products they sell at the salon. I got there early and they were able to take me in early as well. I got a scalp analysis first with the camera and then Cici took me back for my treatment. The area had calming music and the vibe was very comfortable and relaxing. Along with the scalp massage and exfoliation, I got a neck and shoulder massage along with a facial cleanse and mask. I went to Fashion point spa for a scalp treatment with 3 of my friends for my birthday. Two of us upgraded our treatment and one bought product, we all left pleased with service.The thing that put us off was when we went to pay we were told that we needed to tip more if we were satisfied with our treatment. I have never had an experience like this and it made all of us not want to go back because of how aggressive they were about being tipped and how they wanted to be tipped (example-Venmo cash or Zelle- untaxable) Mind you, we all tipped 15%-20% of our individual bills. I was a waiter so I understand working for tips but when you just made like $800 off us I felt it was completely unprofessional to tell me to tip you more. read more

I came across this place from a viral video on Tiktok and I thought it would be really nice, so I was excited to have that experience. However, upon entering the spa, my trip got progressively worse. First, they were 30 minutes late, which was an inconvenience as I was paying for parking (ended up thinking about it through my service and having to pay extra). The staff wasn't clear on the procedure for disroping, so I felt uncomfortable when the lady came in, told me to sit up and started unclipping my bra. Mind you, there are other people on the other side of the curtain and I felt very vulnerable. During the massage, my hair wasn't treated with much care as I could hear the comb ripping my strands (which I had previously prepared in advance as I have thick hair). When it came time to pay, I was caught offguard when the receptionist expressed that a 20% tip was expected. I always tip based on service and had experienced a poor one. However, I didn't wanted to cause any trouble. Unfortunately I will not be returning as it was far from a relaxing experience. I just hope that these things are taken care of, so future clients experience the level of relaxation they deserve. read more

The staff took 3 hours with 3 nail technicians to achieve the nails attached below. I wanted a simple french, ombre nail. Nothing too intensive. They blamed my nail for being the issue. In all my life........ I've never had any nail salon tell me that. They charged me $100 dollars for this! I called the next day to see if they could fix my nails for free - the owner was extremely manipulating and continued to gaslight me that my nails were the issue. My credit card company immediately gave me the full refund when I provided receipts and photos. They're running a scam. They don't know how to do nails. DO NOT GO HERE! read more

I've been a long time customer from SKA Beauty for years and found out the skincare specialists have relocated to Fashion Point Spa - a new spa that includes nail services, hair and skincare. May and Susan are great at providing excellent facials! I've gotten the German Collagen and Vitamin C spa facials recently and they use GM Collins products. The facial is so relaxing and we (even my husband loves it!) look forward to it every time! The facials we got include cleansing, extractions, eyebrow clean up, facial, neck and shoulder massage, a 5-10 min mask finished with moisturizer/sunscreen. Due to COVID, they are very careful on sanitizing. They disinfect our shoes upon entrance and there's hand sanitizer. The spa itself is brand new and super clean. I will definitely need to check out their nail and hair services and report back! Definitely worth a visit for a relaxing spa day! read more

But the price was unbeatable for Boston and I'm amazed about the technician's attention to detail. The massages were also very thorough and the atmosphere put me at ease. As someone who has never had a facial before, I guess you could say that I was surprised at every step of the process. However it's impossible to feel nervous when the skincare technician's here are so experienced and also checked in with me during my service (about temperature of the room and the steam, pressure of the massage, anything else I need). Sometimes, when you may come into a salon or spa you can feel you aren't welcome. But I left already thinking about the next time I'd schedule a service here. The spa opens at 10 am, and I booked an appt for 11 am weeks ago. I arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment, mentioned how I recently gave birth to twin babies (they're 3 months old) and then sat and waited to be called. At 11:30 am I asked how much longer, and they said 5 more minutes. A few minutes later, I was brought in back and showed to my spa bed. I was asked to get comfortable and that they would be with me shortly to begin the massage. At noon, after 20 more minutes of waiting in the very small room, I gave up. I got dressed, and went to the front desk and told them I had to leave. I hadn't planned to be away from the babies for hours (I also have a pumping schedule to keep) and I had already waited one hour despite having an early appt with no end in sight (no one had even checked in with me). They apologized and said someone could be with me soon, but I couldn't wait any more. I then got a call saying if I rebook with them I can get a 10% discount, which they already offer on Groupon, so really no discount at all. The staff was kind, but if you go to this spa, be prepared to wait despite having an appointment. I personally can't spend hours waiting around. The person who worked on my eyebrow absolutely has no experience and doesn't know what she is doing. She lasered my eyebrow at same point repetitively with low quality machine, which left several permanent dented shape scars on my right eyebrow. Eventhough my eyebrows got hurt so bad, the red color on my eyebrow is still there and even darker. Obviously, they don't have such experience or good machine to do this job. They don't know what wavelength should be applied and have no such machine. Before I went there, they promised me that their laser won't hurt my skin. I am so regretful that I chose there.
