I love fashion Q, but same products are scattered in different places. I was looking for WAX JEAN shorts. Some were hanging, some were on tables. Not a wide selection. I was looking for the cuffed shorts. Black only came in distressed (ripped). Mostly size S and M. No L. They also used to have XL, but couldn't find any. I probably came late to the game though cuz it's already hot and sunny weather. Fashion Q is the only store that carries WAX JEAN brand. Before coming to this store, I bought a shirt from H&M. I shop at Fashion Q from time to time. When I first entered their store, their alarm beeped but nothing happened. After browsing, I purchased two shirts from their store. I placed the H&M shirt on their counter while getting ready to pay for the two shirts. The Asian lady didn't ask me about it. Right after purchase and walking out, their alarm beeped again. She came running after me, screaming, assuming I stole something. She asked to check my bag and I showed her my bag with the receipt. Her response was "Oh, this is from H&M. The alarm beeped." And walked away. While I understand alarms need to be checked, the situation felt uncomfortable because of how it was handled, and there was no apology after the misunderstanding. I hope the staff can approach situations like this more calmly in the future. read more

They are rude, not helpful and genuinely unkind. They close their fitting rooms 2 hours before close, which is inconvenient for any shopper looking to purchase clothes. I came here looking for clothes for my daughter's Senior photos and the manager was so awful, and literally counting down the minutes for us before they close. Honestly I was browsing and minding my business, was debating to buy a hat that I liked, but while I was picking the coloration of the hat this lady walks up behind me doesn't utter anything and RUDLY moves a kart almost bumping into me, I ignore it and continued walking with my two friends because they were planning on buying something, the same lady comes by, way too close to my personal bubble, she kept being so rude and kept coming near me to the point I feel her standing behind me or walking pass by me, she kept staring. Minus 4 stars because I only washed the cardigan once and then hung it up to air dry instead of drying it in the dryer machine. Then, when I was out wearing this black cardigan I suddenly noticed that the seams of fabric were already starting to rip on one of the sleeves. So disappointing! I love Fashion Q, whenever I need formal outfits, casual wear, or a simple top I can always come to Fashion W and find what I need. They are located on the lower level right next to Nordstrom. They have everything a woman needs lol! From heels to sandals to hair clips to jewelry and even socks! They have makeup, nail polish, and keychains! Love this store. They have their dressing rooms open and available for you to try on clothes. Customer Service: I usually am always helped out by the owner and shes so sweet! Ive been helped out for a room to try on a dress or jeans and shes the same one to check out my orders. Ambiance: The store is always clean and very organized, the clothes is always stacked neatly and by sizes. Pricing: Affordable!! You can find tops ranging from $4-15. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I needed to note this before I go into more detail about my very disappointing experience at this location. I have been shopping at various locations of Fashion Q stores for years and loved the affordability and wide selection of clothing. However, this specific location left me feeling absolutely offended with how I was treated by who I am assuming is the manager. I went in about an hour until closing in hopes to find new office pants. While sifting through the clothes racks by the register I did notice the manager watching me. Understandable, I am the only customer in the store at this point. The fitting rooms were on the other side of where I was and with my impaired vision, I couldn't see if there was signage of them being closed. However, I'm aware that some Fashion Qs are no longer offering fitting rooms. To be sure, I asked the manager if there was a fitting room available. She looked at me up and down and with a very rude tone answered, "NO!" I was shocked by her bold response given that we are total strangers and she felt so comfortable disrespecting me. Now, while I wanted to cuss her out to filth, I instead asked why she had to be so rude. She scoffed. I ended up buying the pants and asked if the exchange policy was still the same. She then angrily pushed my stuff on the counter to show me a sign of the refund policy. She pointed at it very rudely. I had my first "Karen" moment and told her, "I understand you probably get asked this a lot, but your rude attitude is completely unnecessary and you're lucky I'm someone having a good day. Don't do this to people you never know what someone is going through!!" I'm glad I got to tell her what was up. It felt that it came with racist undertone for sure. read more

I usually like to come and shop here during my free time. I've been coming here, right after the previous store Misty closed down, which was around ten years ago. But just this week, I was browsing their bra selection when I saw something disturbing, a mother was changing her baby's diaper on the bench. It smelled terrible as well. I looked around to see if any employees had noticed, and I saw two older Korean ladies, who were obviously the managers. I assumed that they would do something about the situation, but instead, they both looked at this woman, and walked away. I honestly have no idea what they were doing! This lady was basically putting all the trash, dirty wipes, and dirty diaper all around her and they did nothing! I am absolutely horrified at how management keeps the store clean - what if the baby had peed on the clothes and no one noticed?! What if this lady had accidentally smeared her child's defecation on those seats?! The management is just terrible here. They honestly do not care. They could have told this woman that the store is no place to change her child! There are perfectly good restrooms and family rooms available at the mall to do so! I would know! I would always do my shopping at this store until I noticed that their price has increased so much! Q - related to the popular Fashion Q (their bags have that name), but trendier because of the shortened alias - occupies the space of my former fashion go-to (RIP Misty Blue... Thankfully, the store is similar to the previous occupant, although Q has more selection density. The majority of the clothes seem like everyday and work clothes. I'd like to see more Vegas-club-style options, as that was my favorite thing to shop for at MB. Hopefully this store sticks around longer... I understand she may think she had no obligation to let me use it, but since I was the only customer in the store, I'm not sure why she was so rude. I had no bags or stroller with me, so there's no reason for her to think i would shoplift. My 21 lb baby and I won't be returning to this store. This store is similar to F21 or CRuss. So don't expect the material to last long, wink wink. Employees sound and act miserable, i understand retail isn't all that great to work in but oh my god. This place is like Forever 21's bff but doesn't look as shiny as F21. The clothes are pretty similar expect they may not have as much of a colorful selection. But as far as somethings go, I've noticed similar jackets and shirts time to time. Often times though they color palette in this store is much darker and sticks with browns, blacks and reds while F21 has regaled in neon. The prices are fairly decent and it's quite large. I love shopping at the Fashion Q stores but i have had very bad experiences at this location. I was trying on shoes and I stepped on a tack a year ago that was on the floor and none of the employees even asked if i was okay and didn't help me. She handed me a paper towel to wipe up the blood on the floor and the blood on my foot. I stopped going for a while then i recently purchased a knitted sweater that unraveled in the breast area only about 3 hours into wearing it. I came back 3 days after i bought it and they wouldn't let me return it due to the damage. It's very unfortunate because they have now lost my business. read more

Ummm... I found my new place to go to for cute tank tops! I actually really like the designs on the tops that they have here. They're really cute and aren't full of random weird sayings like at Forever 21 and other shops (though I still go to F21). I ended up getting 3 tank tops at my last visit, and they were cheap too so it cost me around $30 total. I haven't tried their other clothes yet, though they look cute, but it's summer so tank tops are what I ended up getting (though isn't it always summer in LA anyways?) I didn't find the customer service to be bad here. The person who was at the dressing room was nice, and so was the person who rung me up. They had a line and the second register opened to assist with it. Apart from clothes, there is a shoe collection at the back, and a jewelry collection near the cashier. This place by far has the most terrible customer service!! Just like what many of the comments down below say, I wish I could rate them zero stars due to how terrible they treat their customers. Tried to exchange a brand new shirt with its tag still intact, but since it was just a few days over 14 days, the two Asian ladies at the front desk continually refused to offer the exchange/store credit. I had mentioned to them that I was specifically told from an employee at their store that I could exchange it at another Fashion Q store, and so I did. Few days after I purchased the shirt, I went to my local Fashion Q, and what do you know, I was denied exchange/store credit and was told they don't accept it and they only offer exchange/store credit if bought from their own store. I continually tried to explain this to the two Asian ladies at the cashier but they wouldn't even budge. NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY on the employees behalf for the incorrect information I was provided with the day I purchased the shirt. I rarely go to this specific Fashion Q because it is far from home and it is hard to plan a day to go there due to my hectic schedule. If I had known their CORRECT exchange policy, and if the Asian ladies would PROPERLY TRAIN their staff better then this would have never happened. Just beyond awful with their customer service. All I see is how stingy, selfish, and lack of understanding those two Asian ladies are (whom I assume one of them could be the owner). This place is horrible. I went in today to shop with my kids and family and there was some ronchy music saying nothing but bad words and disgusting things. I wasn't the only young mom in the store (the majority of the store had young kids) I asked the cashier politely if she can change the song because I didn't think it was appropriate she saI'd rudely "NO" so I asked to speak with her manager and she told me that there isn't anything wrong with the song and she said for me to leave if I didn't like it and her store was no place for kids there was another employee that started raising her voice at me saying that there wasn't anything wrong with cussing in front of kids. i was wandering around the mall looking for a sweater.... tried JCPenney's next door and had no luck. thought i would check out Q, even though the big sign in the window said "plus sizes". i saw some normal small sized people (like me) on the other side of the store, so i thought "what the heck, let's see". it's like a H&M, Wet Seal, and Forever 21. they have cheap fashions, and i did find the sweater i was looking for ($9) along with a pair of black tights ($5). while i was walking out there was a sale rack with nice blouses for $4. don't know how well made the clothes is, but if you're on a budget, it's a nice place to pick up new styles. i'll definitely come back if i'm looking for something else to add to my wardrobe. read more
