My husband hated shopping until now, the Fit Map measuring was done without intrusive or awkward contact. He was able to undress privately & then follow some simple directions from a pad and get exact measurements for his new size. He found out that he has lost 7 inches and has a new size. My husband and I had a lot to address about items that we had extreme dissatisfaction from online ordering! (Dxl online needs an overhaul for customer service, either it was a technical glitz or an answer could NOT be addressed). It goes to show, you really need to talk to a person and get details about issues & what is the "new premium." Thank you Danny for introducing us to those " Tech pants with a straight leg." The Tech pants looked almost tailored for my husband. The fit was perfect with a stretch but it just needed to be hemmed. Please bring the in-house tailors back, we need need them! Nevertheless we had Danny Angel to help guide us through our needs for getting my husband a new wardrobe. We also want to thank Megan for being welcoming and warm. I loved how DXL in Pasadena went beyond customer service & guided us through a styling journey I am grateful to see my husband smile after trying on those great looking Tech pants with new shirts for a complete West Coast Casual vibe and concept. We usually have to struggle because the collars of dress shirts would be too large. We appreciate that we got to enjoy shopping without stress and anxiety. Thank you for the excellent service from the Store Manager Danny Angel, he was very kind and knowledgeable about the clothing that we required. Yes, I prefer synthetic blends because we do NOT want to iron or dry clean and require wash and wear most of the time for work. Kudos to this store for letting us feel more secure about our purchases from DXL.

After browsing, I purchased two shirts from their store. I placed the H&M shirt on their counter while getting ready to pay for the two shirts. The Asian lady didn't ask me about it. Right after purchase and walking out, their alarm beeped again. She came running after me, screaming, assuming I stole something. She asked to check my bag and I showed her my bag with the receipt. Her response was "Oh, this is from H&M. The alarm beeped." And walked away. While I understand alarms need to be checked, the situation felt uncomfortable because of how it was handled, and there was no apology after the misunderstanding. I hope the staff can approach situations like this more calmly in the future.

Over 2 weeks later, order not received and tracking has stopped. I went to to store to request a refund and am told they can't help me and I would need to call their customer service (which was closed because their hours are EST but was still regular business hours on PST). The employee rips a small piece of receipt paper, writes the number, slides across the counter, and walks away. I called and rep was rude and unorganized. Sounded like he was asleep and fumbled with phone continously. He offered to ship another item and I advised I wanted a refund. He said he would process and would take 48 hours. I check my email and there's an email requesting I provide my banking institution information in order to receive a refund. Why?!?! I paid with my credit card so credit back my card! Went to try to call back and again they're closed, so I use the online chat function. A rep named Dylan advised me that the email was from Zara and inputting my bank institution information was the ONLY way to receive a refund. Zara, DO BETTER!!! Your price point is high and folks spend their money with you willingly. For you to make this such an arduous process to receive a refund on an item I NEVER received from you is absurd!!! The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the young lady in the dressing room on my last visit was very helpful and pleasant.

I thought to myself maybe I should wait to see if there's better deals at Nordstrom Rack... BIG MISTAKE! I should have just bought what I found the other day at NORDSTROM because what I found at the NORDSTROM RACK was priced higher! SERVICE: The lady at the fitting room was really nice although she did seem tired. After all, it was close to 9pm she must have had a long day. I hope she gets a nice rest... I found one dress for $174 and another one for $247! I thought to myself oh dear! That could definitely buy a lot of nice meals rather than a dress. So I decided to try it on to see if it was worth the price or NOT? It was not worth the price. For $174 and $247 it should FIT LIKE A GLOVE and feel like a MAGIC CARPET RIDE!
