I kind of accidentally stumbled into this store one day and thought everything in there was super cute and trendy. I started visiting more frequently and in one of my last visits I asked to return a denim jacket that was just not a good fit for me. One of the girls processed the return and explained she could not give me my money back, only store credit. I told her it was totally fine because I come in often and plan on purchasing more items in the future. She gave me a flimsy piece of receipt paper, wrote $27.99 on it (didn't refund taxes, honestly I don't even know that the process was documented) and she signed it. I left and returned 2 weeks later to purchase items for an upcoming trip. I know I was going to buy a lot of stuff and noticed I'd lost the receipt with the "proof of credit" on it. I approached the manager and explained I'd lost it and asked if she had a different way to retrieve a copy or record of the return and with a huge smile she said "no" and I was basically out of luck. I LITERALLY said "no worries, I understand it was my fault for losing it." I appreciated her politeness and made my way through the store. I went on to shop and purchased 12 different items totaling around $170.00. When I came up to the counter to finalize my purchase, the manager whispered to the cashier. The cashier then said "all these items are final sale! No refunds!" I didn't appreciate her saying that because 1.) they've never said that before and in my 9 visits (they stamp a card for you each visit) I had only asked to return something ONCE. 2.) it was very obvious that she said it because of my question. 3.) I thought MY response to her explanation was very understanding and polite. I was acting in good faith, and it just seemed like she didn't reciprocate. I understood why she couldn't offer store credit and I didn't even make a fuss about it, on the contrary I gave her more business. All that to say, I probably won't visit any more. read more

So I came here and because of COVID they aren't allowing you to try anything on. So I had to come exchange a shirt after it didn't fit so I exchanged it for another shirt and I got pants as well. This shirt also didn't fit so I came to return it again but the receipt I got was actually to the original shirt purchase. So the girl at the register talked to the manager about the situation like 6 feet from me and I saw the manager roll her eyes and she came talked to me I told her the whole story AGAIN. I had went into the store and got 2 pairs of shoes and a bra. On one of the pair of heels(last pair) had like a sticky stain(small clear) and the lady working the front desk said she would give me %10 off because they were the last pair in my size. I said okay. Then asked for another %10 off because if you show your school ID you get %10 off. The lady was being so tight and rude like she didn't want to give it to me. They have nice clothes but they need work on their customer service. The lady working the front desk was Chinese, looked like the manager. NEW STORE ON FIRESTONE MANAGEMENT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NONEXISTANT and EXTREMELY RUDE. They refused to honor signage and basically yelled at me: "yes our fault but we will ...". She stopped there because I told her: "M'am please don't yell at me. There is no cause for that" #fashionQ SUCKS. Megan and I went in to look at something. I was there about 2 weeks ago and they had a jean sale BOGO 50%. Not bad, so as I was walking the store they had the sign up. I informed Megan and she got a second pair. So not thinking we needed to remind them of the sale, we got charged full price. (We wouldn't have gotten the 2nd pair if we had known it was full price) So when Megan noticed it, we went back and the cashier - as you can see: Andy Ko said: oh we don't have that sale anymore. So I asked him: Then why is the sign up? His words were: oh there's a sign up. I showed him and he took sign down and said everything final sale no cash back only store credit. So I said: I understand that but you left the sign up you should honor that. Again he pushed back so I asked him to ask manager. He walks up to "manager" and says: Mom, and starts speaking their language. One of the managers turns around and says we don't have that sale anymore. No refunds. So we tried to explain that had we known that we wouldn't have gotten the second pair of pants. And so trying to explain that they should abide by their sign, she basically said: it's your fault you should have asked. As soon as she said that she fanned the fire. Then she went on to say it's not her responsibility to have a sign anywhere that says: final sale on the wall. And before anyone says anything, I know it's final sale for some stuff and no cash refunds on shoes but they also need to abide by anything left behind. Or walk the store daily and check. But when you basically turn around and say: it's your fault you have to pay full price and it's not our responsibility to inform you when our sales goes off blah, blah , blah you are basically SOL. By now, she's raising her voice at me and it's getting heated so I tell Megan, fine, let's call weights and measures and report them for not abiding by their signage. They can't have it both ways. So by this time there's a line forming and one of the other managers "Mom" comes racing over and snaps the jeans we are trying to return and literally says store credit no cash back. Then literally YELLS at me admitting they're at fault. Wrong thing to do. I tell her: M'am? Please don't yell at me there's no reason to yell at me. Meanwhile furious discussion in their language and she opens the drawer and counts out money. Megan, tells me: Mom grab the bag and go outside. I said no, meaning I wanted to watch transaction. She basically throws money at megan and then turns around. So I said loudly: thank you. We get dirty looks. All they had to do was ask us nicely to accept store credit but when they said "it's your fault" they said the wrong thing to us. Then both managers said they couldn't give us a refund. Wrong answer. I've been in their other stores when they've done cash refunds or offered to abide by their mistake. Make sure there are no signs, or apologize and make a concession don't blame the customer. And most importantly don't YELL at a customer. Don't treat the customer like crap when your in business. Because people like me will take to airwaves and tell all their friends nationwide how bad your managers are. How you basically treat your employees like crap and pay minimum wage and treat them like slaves. I know because I've known at least 4 employees that have worked there and their management at stores suck. It's not unheard of to have them yelling at customers and even push their employees. Yes, this was actually experienced by someone I know personally. Fashion Q needs to learn some humanity and customer service skills because that type of attitude and treatment is not tolerated. Best know I will now follow up and write a letter. I'm sure nothing will come of it but it will help anyone on Yelp or Facebook know how Fashion Q treats their potential customers. Just be aware of their practices and realize this: all they had to do was say: oh sorry, this one time or be nice, instead you play blame game and start yelling at your potential customers. Not good. Really terrible quality clothing and way overpriced. They tried to get you saying that it's buy one get one half off but they mark up everything so you're actually paying near full price for most items. They charge $16 for a wallet with a zipper broke the first day and have a policy not return the item. After washing one of their dresses for the first time the stitching started to fall apart. And they have a white and black striped shirt that literally smudged all the black into the White after my sister accidentally spilled water on it. Terrible terrible quality don't shop here. Oh and at the same time there was an incident where they were selling clothes to unaccompanied minors. A lady came in to let them know that the money those kids were using was stolen but the business manager just ignored her. They really have terrible practices here and they're one of those places that care more about the money than doing the right thing. I will not shop here again! I'll go to TJ Maxx next door where I know they have quality and I don't have to worry about their shoddy business practices. My recommendation is others should do the same! read more

Cute and affordable priced clothes, plus they offer a student discount for us broke college students, they also give out $5 coupons for your next visit. I personally come here often and I love the styles they have to offer. They're always on trend. There are some items that are extremely cheap in quality, but I tend to not purchase those at all. If you're looking for a trendy top this is the place to go. The people that are working there are kind of quiet but it's because they don't really speak English. Customer service is HORRIBLE. I went there two times and of the two times, I didn't get a greeting coming in. Even when the staff saw I was a shopper, I didn't get asked if I needed help. It was as if I wasn't there. However, of the two times I was there there was staff that would come to the area I was in and PRETEND to be fixing clothes when there was NOTHING out of place where I was. I knew what they were doing, but I thought I was just tripping. When it happened to me again, the second time, I had confirmation that I was right. Yes, I am a brown woman, but I haven't stole anything a day in my life. I didn't appreciate getting treated like a criminal when all I was doing is shopping and was in he mindset to buy something and contribute to the store, but after what I experienced I took my coins somewhere else.
