I called and they told me when the workers showed up and realized it was a bigger job and needed some larger equipment. The person on the phone also informed me whoever made the quote "was unable to get a good look at the wall". How am I now supposed to be responsible for your inability to give me an accurate quote. I understand the estimate says the costs may be "higher or lower" and I feel like a reasonable amount would be 20%. Not a 60% increase with NO communication - and they knew I was home, just knock on the door. Deceptive company and I will not work with or recommend them to anyone. (Wall looks great though).

I don't have access to banking records from that long ago, and I find it suspect that they can't verify that they installed my system, yet they're unable to claim an upaid balance. Their after sale customer service might be one of the worst I have ever experienced and their prices continue to rise. Owner of the business is a no-show when emailed and the office manager (Colleen) tells you one thing on the phone, then never follows through. This business is all about the money and not customer needs - which may work for you, but I would rather work with someone that values my needs and time. StayGreen used to be the household name in the area, but there are now plenty of quality choices. I would not recommend StayGreen.

We hired Boucher Landscaping for Spring Cleanup consisting of debris removal, landscaping,…read moreselecting and planting New shrubs, edging and mulching, installing a new slate patio, moving two ornamental trees and building a set of stairs along side the garage leading to the pool. Liked the crew and most of their work. We paid them promptly. Later when problems arose they did not respond to multiple text messages with photos nor return multiple phone calls. They are Non- Responsive and do not stand behind their work!!! We asked them to move 2 cherished small ornamental trees. Problem was that they do not move them with a root ball but rather chopped off all the roots and planted them in the ground. They both died and since they were planted shallow, the wind blew them both over(pictures available on request). The stairs constructed alongside the garage leading down an incline were a more significant problem. They installed them next to a downspout and failed to redirect the water flow. Soon the stairs were covered with mud and the dirt under the stone steps washed away making the steps unstable. The bottom step was not level and was sloped back creating a pool that filled with over 1" of mud. The mud and wash water entered the pool area. (Pictures available on request -mgaetano@maainc.com)
