My MacBook Air wasn't turning on and the Apple Store was going to charge me an arm and a leg with no guarantee. Alex and his team were able to repair my logic board for such an affordable price. They walked me through different options without any pressure, including buying a used Mac from them or just using an external drive. At one point, I found the affordable MacBook Neo and asked if it would work for my situation. They gave me honest feedback that it would, which I appreciated. Alex and Oscar are really solid dudes. Transparent and clear about the pricing/estimate for the repair on my 2019 MacBook Pro that just wouldn't turn on anymore. Initially Apple said it was a lost cause and wanted to send it to the repair depot for $700... I finally turned to this place and Oscar worked his magic. After a $85 diagnosis fee, they found out that it was a logic board issue and they were able to fix it. Keep in mind that if you proceed with repairing it, that diagnostic fee will be included! Overall the price was fair and everything works great again. Not only did they repair it, but they also did a deep clean of the entire interior of the laptop after popping it open.
