After I declined it took another 20 minutes for my car to be ready. At checkout, I asked if they used Conventional oil. The guy said no and went to ask for help. Then I was told they could order conventional oil but it would cost $50 more. I asked if I now had to stay with synthetic, another guy said I could go back. I was always under the impression once you switch an older vehicle to synthetic oil and run it through your engine you couldn't go back to conventional. Anyway, Thanks to Tommy's looks like I'm using synthetic now. Won't be going back to Tommy's. Continuing my search for a reputable and reliable place to get my car serviced.

No free sodas or coffee in the waiting room. Just expect honest, reliable, knowledgeable,friendly service, fast and at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend these guys.
