HORRIBLE SERVICE! We have given a lot of business to Fast Blinds over the years both personally and through recommendations. I called Yuri in October, 2018 to have a blind repair done. I continued to call throughout the month, into November and into December. The person answering the phone explained that they were very busy but I never ever got a call back from anyone. Finally, I gave up since this was not urgent. I called again this week (February 11-14) thinking the holiday rush was over and I wanted to give them another chance. Everyday, my message was taken with the promise that she would get my repair taken care of. Well, no call back and no response. I don't care how busy you are, a client deserves a call back with either a yes or no. When I called yesterday, I asked the woman answering to please just tell me if they couldn't do the work so I could go elsewhere. Still no response. I think this behavior to a long time client is unconscionable. read more

Fast Blinds removed my old plastic blinds and installed three sets of shutters and one set of blinds in under two hours. They were punctual, friendly, affordable and honest. Now our windows look amazing! I will definitely recommend them to anyone inneed of these services. read more

I was looking for a custom installer. Uri and Max came recommended from an interior designer. I could not afford the interior designer, but we could afford Fast Blinds. Just what we needed. I had waited too long and now VIP visitors were arriving! I made the order and waited, hoping for a miracle. I called Uri just 2 days before the arrival of the visitors. He said he would call the factory to see if the blinds were ready. He called me first thing Friday morning and said they were at the shop. Friday at noon my blinds were installed! After the installation Uri told me they had had the blinds shipped Overnight Express just to help me out! I love the blinds. But even more so, I loved the service! read more

Why do I love Max and Uri so much? Because they represent the best of personalized customer service, great products, and reliability. In 2010, they measured & installed new blinds for every window & skylight in our home after a house fire & rebuild. Everything perfect. Over a week ago I called Fast Blinds to have a crucial blind repaired. Etty told me she would text me a pic of the different colors of cords they have, and that it would take them 1-2 days for the repair. I asked for an appointment, and she said it wasn't necessary. She never texted. A couple of days later I called again. She said she was sorry and would take care of it. I told her I needed them to come to my house to take it down, and she said she would tell Yuri and get back to me. When I called the third time, on a Thursday, she said they were busy that day and the next, but PROMISED they could definitely take care of it "next week," but again couldn't give me a definite appointment and would get back to me by the next day to tell me when. Today is the beginning of "next week," and since I never heard back from her, I called again. Etty said they were busy and couldn't do it for at least a month! This is a TERRIBLE business and obviously run by incompetents who don't care about customer service. They don't deserve to be in business! She promised to text me 3 times and never did! She wouldn't give me a commitment for an appointment, and she wasted over a week of my time. read more

I can't say enough about Sam and Uri and the work they did for us. We had to do a brand new house in window treatments from top to bottom. They came in and advised us on each window, based on what was economical as well as nice-looking (as opposed to some of the other bids we received). They were extremely responsive, easy to work with, and trustworthy. We had our whole house completed in two weeks, and the different styles all look beautiful. We have worked with Max and Yuri twice now. They are hard working and efficient but their answering service/office staff seems very incompetent. I had to call 3 times just to get an appointment and each time the woman on the phone said she couldn't find my number and wanted me to give it to her again. Very frustrating but you can't beat the prices and workmanship is very good so worth the hassle. I finally got Max's cell phone so I now call him directly and avoid speaking to office staff. read more

On June 8, 2015 I ordered blinds through another Hunter Douglas rep and 3 1/2 months later I still did not have a single window covering. After hours, days, and months of frustrating phone calls and empty promises from Hunter Douglas, I turned to Max and Uri in desperation. They measured on September 8, 2015 and miraculously two weeks later, the exact same blinds I ordered with the other rep were installed perfectly. I was told he was too busy to return my call, but he immediately set up an appointment for the next day. After one hour past my appointment time I called to ask if he was still coming. I needed window treatments for my living room. I contacted 3 local vendors and ended up using Fast Blinds. Not only were they the least expensive, but they were the owners, installers and customer service. Max and Uri were "fast", professional, and extremely pleasant! They took measurements for my windows during the initial consultation, and were able to place my order without needing to return for a second measure unlike other companies. My blinds (I chose the honeycomb) arrived within 2 weeks, and the installation was scheduled almost immediately thereafter. I am thrilled with my blinds thus far. I had one issue where one of the brackets came undone, and Max and Uri were back at my home that day to repair the issue. We had a great experience working with Max and Yuri. From the start, they were responsive, efficient, and delivered on their commitments. We had been heading down a path with another local business, to have Hunter Douglas Roman shades installed in our living and dining rooms, and simple faux wood blinds in the kitchen and bathroom. While I knew the HD shades were going to be spendy, the first quote we received was just astronomical, and the lead time was going to be six-plus weeks. We almost threw in the towel, and kept our tacky old blinds. Fortunately, with some more research we found Max and Yuri - who were just a wonderful find! They came to the house, had exactly the same products we wanted, measured, quoted, took our deposit, and promised an installation in approximately 2 weeks time.
