This medal was the perfect size for my needs. I also purchased two more pendants. Paid for with my Credit Card. Sunday, I decided to re-arrange my pendants to go with my other pendants, and none of them fit my gold chain. I also found some gold rings to attach to my medals, and one of them didn't even fit inside my ring. I decided to return the two pendants. We drove all the way to Beaverton, just blocks away from the shop, when I took my receipt out of my purse, where it's been, to make sure I have it, when I read my receipt. (see photo below). I freaked out! Yes, I'm blocks away, and I'm freaking out, that they won't take it back. 20% RESTOCKING FEE? No return on jewelry and guns (I can understand guns, but jewelry?) I am not a crook, I'm an honest citizen, a previous customer, who gave them a good review, the first time. I decided to go back home and think about what else I could do! They didn't tell me any of THAT! They were busy! I opened a Credit Card Dispute on the phone, that evening. I also try to sell one of the pendants, to a friend of mine who like religious stuff, maybe, I can try to dispute the other pendant. After much talking, she decided to buy it for her daughter's graduation. I told her: I'll throw in the box and put a bow on it. I also decided, to keep the other pendant, that didn't fit my original chain, for a gift to my granddaughter's graduation (hopefully she won't see my review, and add a more expensive gold chain from my collection). I closed the dispute! LESSON LEARNED HERE: Make sure you understand the store's policy, before you take out your wallet. I could have been in a worst situation, I am glad, I found other solutions. For other people, not so lucky, you've been warned!

When I arrived at Randy's shop, I had already been to one coin dealer in Beaverton that I was not comfortable transacting business with. Anyway, while Randy couldn't accommodate my entire sale, he went above and beyond to call another coin dealer nearby, explain what I was selling, and ask if he could accommodate me. He could. So, Randy and Sally gave me excellent directions to the next coin dealer and assured me he would be fair (he was!). Randy gave me a very favorable price for a portion of my Silver, and paid me in cash. Everything was transparent. Both Randy and Sally were friendly and outgoing, discussing the current precious metals market with me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Sent it back and wore it for a week before missing a diamond! Send it back and the replacement diamond was darker and smaller. I need to wear reader glasses to see clearly up close and I could see the issue within a second without my glasses. I should note that we live far away from this Jared's so we use the local Kay's to ship out- which goes to A different Jared's for repair- not this store. I called Will (the GM of this store) and told him my issues with quality and structure of a wedding ring after only six months old and having no issues until employees started messing with the ring. I told him I wanted to replace the ring and we drove up the same day. In the mean time he kept communication with me; even sending me ring ideas based on my preferences. When we arrived he was quick and patient while my husband and I decided on a a new ring. We brought out disabled daughter and offered her water and a piece of chocolate. We did the refund/ rebuy and they had their team attach the stone to the setting we chose and we left happy! It did take a few hours, which is expected but it all happened in one day and didn't drag on for weeks! We were treated much better than most of these reviews on this store.
