He took advantage of the situation, knowing he was moving out of state and didn't take care of my truck because he just didn't care. The truck ended up needing the entire job redone without even putting 10k miles on the engine. I brought my truck to Eddie, after having a horrible experience with the last mechanic, and he turned my awful experience into an amazing experience working with him. Had a diesel motor conversion on my H1 a little over a year ago by another shop in SoCal. We started to have a whistle sound when ever a load would occur with acceleration. Not wanting to go back to SoCal, we had a recommendation to contact Fast Eddie's for help. After meeting with Eddie and discussing the noise he decided to take on the task to locate the noise. With no help from the SoCal shop, Eddie and his team were able to find cheap blown gaskets throughout the exhaust and an up pipe that had a significant gap due to ill fitting pipe and broken v clamp. Due to all these issues Eddie said the carbon soot throughout the vehicle inside & out was shocking. Repairs were made and we picked up the H1 today. Very happy with Eddie's dedication to locate the issues and to make sure the repairs were done right. We are very happy and can't thank Eddie enough. I I needed some work done on my truck so I looked on The Nextdoor app for recommendations. I looked at some of the reviews and noticed Eddie had been mentioned and recommended numerous times so i sent him a message regarding the service I wanted completed on my truck. Eddie quickly responded back to me and said he would stop by my house the next day to take a look. Eddie showed up on time and was quite reasonable with the quote he gave me. Eddie ordered the necessary parts and completed the job as promised. I have since used him again with no problems and I plan on calling him again should a problem arise. Leave your fears at the front door. Fast Eddies was exactly what I was looking for. A shop that can Repair my 12 year old Ram. Anyone can change parts. I went in with a fuel leak and a coolant leak. OEM parts were out of the question. Not available. The team starting with Trina in the front office to Eddie and Nate in the shop got my Ram repaired over night. I was ecstatic to say the least. Eddie made me feel like my problem was his as well and it gave me confidence in his abilities to get it fixed. I went home and didn't once worry about my truck. I can't say enough about the service we received. I had heard good things about This shop but WOW! Took my wife's car in for a leaking axel seal. Asked Trina to have them check and verify the diagnosis and check over the suspension while they were in there since we just bought the car with 90K on it. They replaced the axel and two seals for a very good price. Told us the struts and shocks were new. An honest shop! On the way home we got a flashing service engine soon light. Eddie said bring it in and they will check it out. Turns out a coil pack was bad. We did have a miss at idle that had gone away a month ago so it may have been related. Eddie stayed after hours, ran and got the parts to get it back on the road at no cost! Needless to say we will be bringing it back to complete the tune up. What an awesome experience. I just had a new turbo & some miscellaneous bullet proofing done on my 6.0. I was referred to Ed by another 6.0 owner. If you have a 6.0, you know how much it can be Pandora's box, so it's extremely important to have the right dude work on your truck. My guy retired from Concord Ford last year and Eddie used to work for Ford, knew my old mechanic and was referred from a 6.0 owner. Those were big selling points for me. Then when talking to him, he was EXTREMELY knowledgeable, friendly and budget friendly too. What sealed the deal for me was the fact that Eddie's own truck is a 6.0! Never trust a skinny chef!! In my opinion if you have a 6.0 you must at the bare minimum give Eddy a call, then see for yourself how great he is. I went to eddie because of the word he has around here in town , yet solano county. This guy does his job . Very knowledgeable. I have a 2006 6.0 and started having starting issues. This man addressed the issue right away took me in as soon as possible and fixed all the problems . If I had question with further he answered right away if not within an hour . If you know me you know I'm very picky on who I take my things too . I have to say I absolutely trust him . I see why he's so well known. I can't thank him enough . He reasonably priced and does honest , good work. He stands by his work and can tell he does it all with pride . This guy was swamped . And still did it in the time he said . Eddie is a that business owner who enjoys making his customers smile. Of course he likes getting paid, but the satisfaction from his customers is also just as rewarding. He delivered my truck to me last night and we went for a test drive. At some point I stomped on the throttle and apparently I cracked a huge smile because I heard him say "that's why I do this shit". I looked over at him and he said "I love making my customers happy". That's old school customer service and pride right there. Aside from all that sentimental stuff, he is a highly qualified mechanic with the grip on the latest technology as he spent 23yrs with Ford. Eddie is the Man! This is the first time that I used Fast Eddies for repair work and I am completely impressed with how he runs his business. The repair I needed was to have my turbo replaced along with a few other odds and ends that had been broken and annoying for a while. Eddie took the time to run me through all of the options that were available from cleaning my existing turbo to the higher end turbo that would give better performance than the original. There was no push to buy the more expensive options, but with the pros and cons of each I was able to make my decision. Very knowledgeable about ford trucks and what aftermarket accessories are out there. Eddie stayed in contact with me through the repair to let me know status. I will be back. If you want to install a Bullet proof parts, he's the right person in the area especially for the labor he charged people is very reasonable. He will treat you like a family because of all discounts and freebies. Bulletproof Egr, oil cooler, water pump, Banks air intake and inter cooler installed to my 6.0 by Eddie. My truck runs really great temps stays below 200 degrees even at a really hot weather in Sacramento area. First off, "Great guy"! second I have to say not only is he an experienced professional and very knowledgeable at what he does, his prices are very reasonable. I had a problem with my truck stalling and was towed to a local business. They diagnosed it as to being the alternator and battery which proved to be wrong. (and expensive) The truck continued to stall... I was referred to Eddie and in no time at all he found the issue (a faulty wiring harness) underneath the vehicle. They us $250 for a diagnostic that they even do and they sat there and lied to us and said that our truck had a totally different problem when we took it to two different mechanic shops they said that that was not the issue that the other place lied to us which is this place they lied!!! Eddie and his team give top notch quality service. They are friendly and honest. Eddie doesn't try to up-charge you with non related services. I took my 2012 F250 in for overheating. I had already changed the thermostat, but still over heating. Thinking it may be the water pump about to go out, I took it to Eddie's and explained the issue.
