Worst service ever.... My friends and I went on Monday night. It was not very busy when we showed up at 7pm, but got a little busier as the night moved on. We were at our table for over 2 hours and not once did a server come by our table. My friends and I had to go to the bar to get our drinks. The bar tender was nice and responded quickly with our orders. I watched the wait staff stand by the bar and talk with each other a majority of the time we were there. Surprisingly this is one of my favorite places to hang out on the weekends. It's a huge pool hall so you'd think it would be noisy and smelly but it's great. The music isn't loud at all so you can actually have conversations. The pool tables are well kept and the minute you walk in someone is asking you if you're interested in playing pool. It's easy enough to just put a credit card down for the table and split the bill with your friends. They also have a great waitstaff that some how knows exactly when you're in need of a drink. read more

Prices are too high and service is not that good. Pool tables are better than your average coin-op, but the patrons are not who I would take home to meet my parents! Music get way too loud sometimes. Service is slow and drinks are warm. Had an issue this last time I went. Walking back to my pool table I accidentally knocked over a persons stick and immediately apologized, other customers saw this. The "regular that keeps the place open" then proceeded to tell me to "watch the fuck out idiot" after I had already said I was sorry. I was then approached by him and his 5 friends in an aggressive manner and even though I walked away they went to get the manager and the manager not being very smart took their story right away and kicked me out because of course "regulars keep the place open" maybe you guys should close then and whatever manager lady spoke to me (blond hair women) should learn the use their cameras! (Or do the regulars pay for those too!?) They Allow their regulars to cause fights and then protect them after the fact. I can see why only regulars are keeping u guys open lol read more

I've only been here for happy hour once, and compared to the experience at their 1604 and Braun location, I thought this was better, service-wise. The biggest complaint I had with the place (and I saw this was not just me on Foursquare) is that the bar area faintly smelled like days-old vomit. I'm guessing maybe someone somewhere is skimping on changing out the mops, or maybe using the bathroom mop in the main floor area. Either way, I tried to avoid the bar or sitting there too long. Quite possibly one of your nicer pool halls in San Antonio. Pool tables are well kept, balanced and felt is very nice to play. I've yet to have a negative experience playing at this pool hall. Make sure to check for daily specials. As of this review, Mon is free pool and Wed is $5 all you play. There are additional specials. Staff and management is professional and courteous. You won't find a 'rowdy' crowd in this pool hall. Also, if pool isn't your game you also have your choice of electronic darts and foos ball. Drink specials are great and so is their food. This is a new find. I've never been to a Fast Eddies. Wish I had gone sooner. Plenty of pool tables that are in great shape. Clean atmosphere and plenty of staff providing excellent service. The highlight of the evening was being able to play: 1. (TX Sized) Connect Four, 2.Foosball, 3. Texas Sized Jenga, 4. Darts 5. Pool All under one roof! Legit good time. Good clean fun. This place has a lot of tables but if you don't get there early your going to wait so long for a table that you never get one. When we asked how long people were waiting we were told "I can't say". If we would have known it would take an hour and half to get a table we would have went somewhere else. I understand they are busy but for people that are trying to enjoy a night out we don't want to sit at a pool hall wasting time when we could go somewhere else. While we waited none of the servers on the floor ever came to any of the table to ask if we wanted anything to drink. They only served the people at the pool table. We did walk up to the bar and they did serve us with little wait time. While the place was clean and they had tables the wait time and lack of care for people that are waiting for a table makes this place worthless. If you only have a night out go somewhere else to maximize your time and fun. read more

The pool specials are pretty good. Most nights it is just 6 bucks to play all night. The drink specials are mediocre though unless you come here for happy hour. The menu is changed and just has your usual deep fried bar food and pizza options. I just come for the pool and a couple of drinks. Helps that they have an outdoor smoking area. read more

If you're coming here for just pool this is definitely the place to go, it has two 9-foot tables and at least twenty-nine 8-foot tables. My husband use to frequent this place a lot. they'd over serve him and no one watched to make sure he was okay so there were times he wouldn't text me and drive home (not okay but i don't blame them a lot for that). one of the waitresses there liked to get touchy with him and even leaned in for a kiss, after telling her he was married. this waitress tried many times after that to coax my husband. i'm thinking that's why he was over served a lot. he got videos of her saying she didn't care and that the bathroom was empty for them to "use". i called the place and asked for an explanation and they told me that my husband was placed on a ban list and the waitress still works there. while talking about this place to some friendly couples. we learned that multiple waitresses have tried the same thing with multiple husbands. even with their wives there. if anything, there more locations you can frequent or better pool halls in san antonio. don't waste your money here. read more

This is a place to go if you're looking for an easy, casual night out. We've been here several times and have never had a bad experience. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because service can be a little slow and the servers can be a bit 'meh'. Regardless, we always have a nice time. The pool tables are always in great condition. The bar tables are clean and comfy. We've ordered many kinds of drinks and they're always good. The food we've tried has been hot and fresh. The fried pickles are delicious. This last time we went was a Saturday night and whoever was in charge of the music did a wonderful job. My friends and I loved the variety. The music really carried the night. The service is awful. I had to track down the waitress after two games if pool to order a beer. After another game, we still didn't have a beer. I went to the bar and ordered from there. I liked it OK. I just purchased a coffee prior to going inside, however, I had to throw it out without even taking a sip. They're pretty adamant about not bringing any outside drinks inside. Pretty funny since I don't drink alcohol, but I do play pool. In any case, staff was very accommodating to make sure that I had a replacement coffee in my fist. The first time I went I was charged double for one tab, it took me a week to get my money back and the managers were very unapologetic about the whole ordeal. This place is ghetto. If I can give it zero stars I would. I was there to watch the Mayweather vs McGregor fight and towards the end of the fight I seen the manager of the place act so unprofessionally towards a group of customers. Someone accidentally spilled beer on one of the pool tables and the manager came up to the group yelling "What happened to my table". Someone from the group explained that it was an accident but someone spilled some beer on the pool table. The manager was visibly upset started yelling and snatched beers out of their hands. Of course because if the way the manager reacted an argument broke out. From the beginning the manager looked like he wanted to fight them all over an accident. The argument spilled to the outside of the bar and became a huge scene. During the argument the manager preceded to go to his car to grab something. I can only imagine what kind of weapon he was getting. Thankfully no one was hit or got hurt but someone could have been hurt badly that night. It's a bar, I mean you have to except people spill beer here and there. But I will definitely never go back and I will make sure to I tell my family and friends not to come here either. read more

I absolutely this place. Anytime I want to play pool there is only one place I think of: Fast Eddies! They have pool for $7.00 for each person who is playing. On Mondays they have Free Pool all day. My very first time going I went with my husband and we had a blast. The bartender that we had was JPOP. She was friendly and could make a mean patron shot with pineapple. I knew that once my sister came to town I knew where I wanted to take her so she would have a great time. She absolutely loved the place. The bartender's name was Heath. He was funny and very knowledgeable about what would taste great whether we were discussing drinks or shots. They have wall to wall pool tables, a dart board, and a foosball table. They have tvs all around the pool hall and they are directly across from Denny's and next door to Taco Cabana, in addition, they are in the same shopping arena with the Santikos Embassy 14 movie theatre. Decided to try this place out since I'm new to San Antonio.... My husband and I came in on a Saturday afternoon.. we were impressed with the $6 per person unlimited games... that's right, you can shoot pool ALL day long for only $6 per person! Did not like the fact that someone was howling over the mic , I guess it was karaoke night, the only one who was doing anything was the karaoke guy himself and everyone else was trying to pay attention to the Spurs game (Annoying) when I asked to speak to the manager about the music I was greeted with a attitude, this gentleman was very condescending to my concerns.
