My mom was about to get her ring fixed and reset her stone. They straight up said her stone was cubic zirconium. My moms ring is a real 1 carat diamond, they tested it again and agreed it was real. But they wanted us to leave the ring overnight and reset the stone. I'm very disappointed in their snotty attitude. They spoke to us as if we were dumb. read more

Natalie at this location was fantastic. Took the time to put us at ease when we registered my ring for resizing. Was patient when I came in an hour earlier than it was expected. The store was clean and bright with ample space to help more than one customer at a time. When we went to pick it up this evening, Natalie left her break early to make sure she showed it to me. Dropped off fitness watch / tracker late last week Natalie told me that they try to order a part for the watch and would call me to let me know if the could get the part and how much the repair would cost. To my surprise they did exactly that I received a call from her telling me that they found the part and how the repair would cost and an estimate of when my watch would be ready for pickup. Well this afternoon we got a call telling us that the watch was ready and the price that it had cost for the repair. Since we were near the mall we went to pickup the watch as soon as I could. This afternoon my wife and in I took four watches that needed new batteries. We were greeted by Laura who was very nice and courteous. She replaced the batteries in our watches in a very short period of time. As it turned out, one of the watches was still under warranty so there was no charge. The remaining watches each have a five year warranty and the charge was minimal for each replacement battery. When we picked up our watches we were greeted by another very nice young lady who was also courteous, pleasant and professional. In summary, we couldn't be happier with the service that we received. Charged me $14.95 for a battery and to put it in my watch. Another $10 bucks just for a loose battery. I checked Walmart (after the fact) and the loose battery costs about $1.80. Usually a watch battery will cost about $5-6. For another watch I did not get a battery for, they told me it would cost $30 bucks! Yikes! So if I had gone to Walmart I could have bought 2 batteries for about $7 bucks and put it in myself instead of paying $25 dollars. I think they are overpriced and I feel cheated, I won't be going back. I will also be more informed in the future. read more

I went to fast fix on a Friday afternoon to have a simple 14k ring sized. This ring had no stones. I just needed it made smaller. They told me it would cost $49.99 and it would be ready the the next day. Well I feel that was way to much money for the work I needed done. And that was not fast enough for me for that price! read more

Let me start off by saying i gave this place a few chances and have seen their true colors. I only needed the band on my watch re connected which should be a simple fix for a watch repair . First time i was happy with the service at first intil days after my watch broke where they "fixed" it i lost my receipt so when i took it back they couldnt help me and i was dumb enough to pay for them to repair a second time and when they handed it back to me it was dented up! In the band where the "fixed" it i asked and she said they were havin a hard time fixing it but the guy working got it, 9 days afterwards the band broke again! I took it back with the receipt and she just shrugged her shoulders ! I asked for a refund and she said she couldnt under policy even though theres a 30 day guarantee on repairs. I asked to speak with a manager and she said " no i cant let you she'd probably say no anyways " i noticed the place was full of shit i just grabbed my watch and gtfo of there watch out stay away from here dont waste your time and money i already wasted enough of mine . read more

I have taken a couple of watches there to be repaired and they said that they could not find the parts for them so they could not repair them. I also had batteries put in watches and they charged me because of the brand of the watch, not the type of battery. I had links removed from two watches and they charged me more for my MK watch even though it had the same type of links as the other watch. Finally, they offered to clean and inspect my wedding ring where they say there were things that needed repairing. The salesman was so anxious to reel me in that he misquoted the repair and they tried to get me to eat the cost. We complained and refused to pay because it was their fault. They agreed to fix the ring at the quoted price and then all of a sudden the ring wasn't ready when promised and they didn't even bother to notify us of the delay. I will NEVER go back in that store. I might as well pay the extra money to a reputable jeweler and get what I pay for. read more

My wife lost a diamond from her engagement ring. I went to multiple jewelers in the area and in the victor valley mall. I received a range of answers on how a rare diamond would have to be ordered and they would have to ship it out for repairs because it was such as specialty design. Mostly these other jewelers were trying to sell me a new ring and really pushing it and making it sound as if it was impossible or too expensive to simply replace the diamond. Then I went to Fast Fix, which I was hesitant about because I had never heard of them and I have a hard time trusting jewelers in general. Natalie assisted me there, she was open and honest with each aspect of the diamond that needed replaced. She kept my ring in the open where I could see it and let me be involved in each step, respecting my need to understand and being able to observe my wife's ring without me even saying anything. She allowed me to look at each of the diamonds and explained the color and clarity. She gave me options on available diamonds and let me decide which one I wanted to order. The diamond was ordered no problem, they said it would arrive in 2 weeks and it did. They said they would call me when it arrived and they did. When I brought the ring back, they said it would be repaired in 2 hours and it was. They cleaned everything, fixed the prong holding the diamond, placed the diamond, and even provided a free ring box. My wife's engagement ring looks amazing, like the day I bought it for her. I am so impressed by the honesty, price, service, and fulfillment of promises at Fast Fix. So, despite the name it really is a first class service. It turns out that the big jewelry chains around and in the mall are actually the ones that I should have concerned about their honesty.
