I'm in a bind, I need to catch a flight out of the country in 2days and still have over 800 miles to travel. They jump on it and tell me I need a new stator and possibly voltage regulator. The mechanic says he'll try to get me on the road a little after noon the following day if he can get the parts. I'm cautiously hopeful. They help me find a motel room nearby and Ross drops me off there. At 12:30 the next day I was on the road and made my flight. This is as good as it gets. Great staff and a great mechanic.

We called several RV technicians that the campground recommended and they couldn't get to us right away - one even quoted us an emergency flat rate of $350 to make an emergency trip + $395/hour (1 hour minimum) to diagnose and repair the problem, they would've shown up 8 hours later. While we were calling RV techs, we had left a VM for Marty's Mobile RV Repair and he called back while we were calling around - he was driving around the campground looking for us! He was there within 20 minutes of our call looking for us and he was totally prepared to diagnose and fix the problem right away! He spent a couple of hours chasing our power failure and he found it and fixed it before we had major problems with the month's worth of food in the freezer. He also worked with my husband for repair tips on the various fuses that were involved in the diagnostic process and solved the problem. We were in week 1 of a 4 week trip and he was amazing, responsive and super friendly. Add to that he was incredibly reasonable price-wise and also gave us some touristing tips for things to see on our travels.
