Dropped the truck off the night before, and they said the work I needed done could be done in 1 day. I informed them that I could only afford to have this truck down for one day. After having the truck sit at the shop for hours, they called me with a bunch of items they claim needed work, which did not, and then didn't even have the parts ready to go for the work I originally requested. After 5 hours of the truck sitting there, they did zero work and blamed it on "waiting for Peterbilt to get back with them on part prices." That's funny, each time I call Peterbilt for parts they immediately tell me the price and availability over the phone. These guys have no sense of urgency and will try to "up-sell" you rather than just do the work you requested. Then they had the gall to charge me $160 for an hour of work! They are nice people, but I don't need nice, I need results and good work. I won't be going back here.
