I showed him where the payment was not declined for this month, but still argued that it was declined. I am paid up until the next billing date of May 2nd. The call I made was delt with as if I was the problem. It was very rude. I guess customers don't care if they lose a customer. She did the cancelation and asked if there was anything else. Again, no apology, no concern, and was not nice. Then hung up before i ended the call. Your guys have the rude part down. I know We don't make a difference but, Really?????
